Pre-writing: - Explain five sections of a complaint letter. + state the reasons for writing + mentions the promlems + make a suggestion + talk about future action + end the letter politely - Set the scene: Mr.Nhat wrote a complaint letter to the director of L&A company. * Ordering: -Ask ss to lable each section of the letter. -Get answers. -Give feedback R-S-A-C-P b.
