According to me know, cuisine of Thai is an uniqueness feature with some foods, such as, Tom Yam Gung, sticky rice of Thai, hotpot of Thai, so on. The feature of Thai food is spicy and sour. I can cook some foods, I read cooking book, too. But the next, I have a opportunity to become the main chef, so I need to improve my Thai cooking skills better.
