AIMS: - Present the formation and the usage of past progressive tense and ‘‘ always” in present progressive tense to make complaints. - Ss will be able to use the past progressive tense and complaints. Warm up: - Greeting - Divide the class into 2 teams to play the game called “shark attack”, choose 2 leaders. -Tell - Tell Ss the rule “ You have to find out one mistake in the table within 5 seconds.If you can’t, you will step down and the other has - Greeting the teacher . - Divide into 2 teams. -Listen. 1 the right to answer. A VACATION ABROAD Language focus 1) Look at the pictures and say. - Show a picture and ask Ss: “What is the boy doing?” -Show the picture at the time: “at 7 o’clock yesterday” and give the sentence: “The boy was running at 7 o’clock yesterday”. -Ask Ss to tell the difference between the 2 sentences 1a and 1b. - Show another picture and ask Ss: “What are the birds doing?” -Show the picture at the time: “at 7 o’clock yesterday” and give the sentence: “The birds were flying at 7 o’clock -Elect. - Listen - Listen -Write the new lesson. - Look at the pictures then answer: Answer: “The boy is running.” - Listen - Tell the difference.
