operating EBITDA is generated in fast growing countries • BRICs account for approximately 30 percent of Holcim’s pro-forma operating EBITDA • Challenges in the BRICs are very different and need customized approaches • Value driven investment criteria – leverage know how from former projects to new expansions globally • Good performance in the first quarter 2010 – organic growth achieved
