1 K&K FASHION OVERVIEW

1.1 About the company K&K Fashion

4 Establish

Established in 2010, since its appearance on the market, K&K Fashion has become an office fashion brand favored by office ladies across the country, because of its highly applicable designs , both polite in the office and lovely for walking on the street

4 Product

K&K Fashion targets female customers, has a delicate combination of office style and feminine charm but still enhances the youthful dynamism for customers

K&K Fashion brings to customers products that are delicately cut, unique color scheme, use high-quality materials, with sophisticated sewing techniques, elaborate shape treatment to help highlight attractive curves woman's charm

Regularly updating new products every week helps customers to choose the most suitable outfits to work without being boring

Focusing on shopping space, customer service, warranty, K&K Fashion always tries

to become a close friend of customers, listening to product sharing to continue to produce products Better products make the wearer the most satisfied

K&K Fashion has a large scale including 1 operating company and 12 showrooms in the South

1.2 About the mission & vission

4 Mission

"Bringing exquisite designs that are meticulously invested from tailoring,

choosing colors, materials, and handling elaborate shapes to help highlight the seductive curves of women"

Design products, will be collected once a month with different designs Especially, will be edited according to the needs of customers

(shoulder or waist to fit the customer's shape), fix the puzzle Lifetime no

matter how long the product is, the company still supports it and does not charge any costs

Because this is a design product and the products here range from

400-600 to suit the customers that the company has identified

Currently, the company has only allocated 12 showrooms in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Tien Giang But in the future, the company wants to bring its brand to foreign countries

The company is having a change in fashion design to distribute

In order to better understand the behavior of employees and managers in

the company, we conducted an interview with Tien, a part-time employee

at K&K

a Introduce yourself and what you do?

A: Currently working a part time job in customer consulting at K&K fashion

in Phu Nhuan district Tien has been working here for a year

4 Introduce the work you do in it?

A: The main job is to advise customers to bring the right clothes to the needs that customers are targeting Also, be a cashier and check the

inventory and report which products are the customer's favorite products

and which models are the fastest selling models

4 Why are you working so hard here?

A:

Firstly: Salary + bonus is reasonable, open and fair

Second: Training communication skills and handling quickly with difficult situations and satisfactorily resolved for customers

4 Why do you work in K&K company and not another

company? What makes you want to stay and work here?

A:

Firstly: The part-time job here has a stable salary compared to other jobs outside

Second: Cultivate employees' knowledge on how to convince customers to buy that product It is relatively easy for you to convince a young person

to buy a product, but when you work again at K&K, they will usually be

middle-aged people, so convincing and giving them reasons to buy that product is relatively difficult Even how to mix products to suit the

customer's workplace or the customer's style is something | need to learn

4 What difficulties have you experienced during your work? How do you get over it?

A:

Consulting for customers

so sometimes they will meet difficult customers who will carefully consider

the product as well as the fabric and place of production

customers will wait a long time to try on clothes or need help with size

Especially on Sale days, the store will be quite crowded and employees like me are inevitably tired, so sometimes they are not enthusiastic about customers, which leads to customer dissatisfaction and undervalues employees member at that store

4 What motivates you to work hard to achieve’ the organization's goals as well as to achieve your goals?

A:

- There are many different salary and bonus levels here: (this is a hot bonus every day, promoting work motivation as well as achieving the goals set by the organization)

motivate people?

A:

Caring for employees, sharing, motivating as well as connecting

A:

3 MOTIVATIONAL CONCEPTS

3.1 Motivation definition

Motivation means like motivating a certain individual to get success Like a schoolboy, when he reads a book, he can only read for about 5 minutes and feel bored, but when it comes to comic books, he can read

for a whole day without getting bored The difference here is the situation

The concept of motivation is understood as the degree of motivation

individuals The definition of motivation is considered as the processes

that show the intensity, direction and persistence of an individual's efforts

to achieve a goal

Meanwhile, the general motivation is referred to here as understood

as is the determination and effort of an individual to work towards a certain goal, we will focus on the organization's goals on employee behavior related to work Intensity is considered to describe the level of effort, ability to complete one's work When it comes to motivation, most

of us talk about these things

However, unless the efforts at work are conveyed to the benefit of

an organization, high work intensity is unlikely to lead to favorable job results Therefore, we need to review and evaluate the quality of each

employee's effort and its intensity We should look for effort that has

effort, striving, determination in work and is consistent with the goals of the organization

Ultimately, motivation is a long-term component This determines

how long a person can sustain the effort Motivated employees or

individuals stick with a task long enough to complete it

3.2 Theories of motivation

Early Theories of Motivation: Maslow 's hierarchy of Needs, Theory X

& Theory Y, Two-Factor Theory, McClelland's Theory of Needs

Contemporary Theories of Motivation: Self-determination Theory, Goal-Setting Theory, Self-Efficacy Theory, Equity Theory/Organizational Justice, Expectancy Theory

3.3 The role of motivation

3.3.1 For employees, workers

Every employee or worker has needs that need to be satisfied both

physically and mentally When they work and meet the necessary needs,

that employee will have a mentality that is always ready and comfortable

to work with higher productivity and efficiency

When the employee and employee are not motivated to work, the

work and completion level are still on time, but the work productivity is not effective, the feeling of interest in the work is no longer, the creativity

is still there Creation also becomes limited

Motivation helps each employee to improve themselves When an

employee is motivated, the job becomes easier for them, they can be

ready to give their best effort at work, increase creativity, and have professional qualifications to complete the job fast when delivered 3.3.2 For management

Employees are motivated, managers are also motivated to give

effective management skills

Motivation makes employees work effectively, so management also reduces the burden at work

3.3.3 For Businesses

Motivating employees to be excited to work is an important role in the development of the company When motivated, employees will work

3.3.4 For society

Analyze and evaluate the factors that managers apply to motivate employees to work

A manager who wants to motivate and motivate employees to work hard must first have a certain understanding of their employees as well as know how to choose and apply motivational methods most appropriate and effective motivation

For employees, salary is the thing that they care about the most and have the most motivation in the process of working at the company In addition, other factors such as working environment, benefits, promotion, etc also contribute to promoting the motivation
