However, we can realize that the revenue from the company's services has not grown evenly Revenue from freight forwarding services (land - sea - air) achieved the highest level of the three main service types of the company in three years (accounting for 70.43%) Revenue in 2019 increased by VND 29,020 million compared to 2017 (an increase of about 68.92%) Understandably, the company is focusing largely on providing freight forwarding services and growing in this market

Besides, revenue from freight sales also increased over the years (accounting for 24.31% of revenue) Specifically, revenue in 2019 increased by VND 7,301 million compared to 2018 (an increase of about 44.98%) We see that the company still invests and develops in these types of freight sales services

In addition, customs clearance services also tend to increase (accounting for 5.26% of revenue) According to data, in 2019, the re-declaration service increased by VND 1,588 million compared to 2018 (an increase of about 62.52%)

¢ Step 1: Finding customers

The target customers of Infinity Logistics Co., Ltd are enterprises participating in import and export activities in Ho Chi Minh City, those who want to export or import goods from at home and abroad, or other projects that transporting materials for large projects ¢ Step 2: Announcing fees and signing contracts

When the customer has a need that needs to be met, he will contact the Sales department of the company to receive a quote for the service stated by the customer, the company's quotation is based on the agency price of the company where unloading (exported goods) or shipping lines quote to the documentation department and the costs to ensure the goods 13

clearance process plus the percentage of commission that the company based on the service provided to decide After agreeing with the price of the service provided by the company, the customer places an order through the company and hands over the company's documents to the employee the necessary documents depending on the nature of the requested service ¢ Step 3: Receiving packing list, sending information to agent

¢ Step 4: Sending booking request to consolidator

The company will base on the customer's Packing list and send the booking email to the Consolidator to make a reservation

¢ Step 5: Consolidator sends booking note back to company

After receiving the company's booking email, Consolidator will send a response email with the booking number to facilitate the management of the shipment process later At the same time, this is also proof that Consolidator accepts the Booking of the company ¢ Step 6: Announcing booking result, requesting for shipping instruction (SI)

After receiving the Booking Note of Consolidator, the company will notify the customer to prepare the goods and deliver the goods to CFS for delivery to Consolidator Next, the company requires the customer to send the SI so that the company can make HB/L based on it: in the EXPORTER section, the exporting company, in the CONSIGNEE section, the importing company

e Step 7: Send MB/L information to Consolidator

The company will send information to Consolidator to do MB/L through an SI like the customer sends but only the information of Shipper and Consignee: SHIPPER Item: the shipper is the company, CONSIGNEE Item: the consignee is the agent of the company in the destination country

¢ Step 8: Company creates HB/L and sends to customer for checking

When there is enough information from SI that the customer has sent and the documents related to the shipment such as: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, The company will proceed to make HB/L

¢ Step 9: Consolidator sends MB/L to company for checking

Based on the Billing details sent by the company, Consolidator proceeds to complete the MB/L and send the company a draft bill for confirmation before printing the original bill ¢ Step 10: Export customs clearance

This part is described fully in the next section below

¢ Step 11: Company sends a pre-alert to the agent of destination country ¢ Step 12: Tracking shipment

After the goods are loaded on board and leave the port of departure, the company tracks and monitors the status of the shipment (also known as tracking cargo) by accessing the website of the Consolidator company, entering the number of MB/L to track where the shipment is, how long it will take for the shipment to arrive, as well as promptly know possible problems with the shipment during transit
