as extracurricular activities, jobs, and social events Making a study plan enables you to track how you spend your time outside of class and ensures that you have enough time to do homework assignments, prepare for tests, and review and recall what you've learned Study plans are especially crucial for online students since they need self-discipline and commitment to finish their studies without the regular reminders of an instructor

This report aims to develop a study plan for each year of college: what to accomplish, challenges, motivations and goals to look forward to for each of those years and for the 4 years overall From there, cherish and gradually build

a career path: find a stable job and match my strengths and interests; opportunities to progress and develop myself at work as well as possible risks

to make a plan to deal with it According to Antoine de Saint- Exupéry: "A goal without a plan is just a wish." So, I believe that having a plan for your studies and for your career path, whether detailed or brief, will make a big contribution

to the story of your life

IL Personal SWOT analysis

If you know your own strengths, it will be easier for you to develop skills related to your field And similarly, if you understand your weaknesses well, you will have strategies to improve, overcome, and limit the nsks posed by them More than that, you can even turn weaknesses into new strengths

IL 1 Strengths

An active, optimistic person: I'm a fairly active, optimistic and talkative person: I always think in a positive way and bring that energy to everyone, quite calm and not influenced by emotions too much High spirit of learning: I always want to aim for new things, learn good things from experienced people about issues that I don't know Always interested in exploring and discovering, knowing how to control ego and listen to the opinions of people around

Being easily distracted and losing focus: I am always easily affected by things around me such as: noise, music, people, lights or the surrounding landscape Those things make it easy for me to lose focus

at work or even lose many of my newly thought-out ideas Therefore, when working, I always need an extremely quiet space and do not have any factors that affect my work progress or when the lessons and presentations are boring because there are no highlights and many vivid images, I can't focus on listening and understanding what the speaker is saying

English skills: My speaking and presentation skills as well as my English vocabulary are very limited I need to take more English courses to improve the things that I lack

Indecisive: Although I can come up with a lot of good ideas im a certain area, I can't seem to decide what project to do or can't decide whether to

do it or not For example, in learning, when I listen to the teacher's question and think of an answer, I can't decide whether I should raise

my hand to speak, contribute ideas to build the lesson or not Perhaps part of this indecision was due to my lack of confidence I was always thinking: What if I made this choice? Is this decision better? Which will cause less damage? .and never get out

Too sensitive: I always pay attention to every detail that the other person says and acts, maybe what they say or do is just accidental, they have absolutely no bad, negative thoughts, but I may have thought too much and have interpretations that are radically different from their intentions I always pay attention to the questions: What do other people think of me? Am I doing something wrong? Did they misunderstand me? There were times when I had to toss and turn all night because of one person's statement: What did that person mean after all? or my own said to others: did I accidentally hurt others or not? But I think that if I can overcome these things, it will become one of my strengths: A delicate person

Logical thinking can serve for jobs related to market analysis or marketing: This could be a great opportunity for me to be able to work

in the related fields mentioned above because I think that is the key and most important factor to succeed in jobs that require thinking and flexibility

Participated in a scientific innovation project: I once participated in a project to create technology-enabled devices to make people's lives more and more convenient It's an automatic pool cleaning robot Although I didn't win the award, that project helped me gain more experience in teamwork, know more about how an automatic robot works I think that knowledge will contribute unhelpfully to the job I want to aim for

Industry 4.0 is dominating: The world is becoming more and more modern, and AI technology, automatic machines and robots are predicted to replace humans in the future This is an opportunity for me

to be able to quickly acquire knowledge about modern machinery and technology, as well as a great challenge because I have to constantly

- Opportunity to work abroad: With the development of mformation technology as well as its demand for human resources all over the world, the chances of getting an internship or working abroad in related fields are very high if you practice and constant effort From there, we have the opportunity to learn new things from new lands, exchange cultures and become more successful on the career path

- High and stable salary: As far as I know, the professions in the field that

I choose and pursue have quite high and stable salaries over time That

- My freshman year in college will have to be exposed to a new land, the biggest problem here is adaptation Firstly, I will be away from my family and have to start taking care of myself, which can be difficult at first: maybe a few weeks or months But I believe I can get through this phase quickly by creating
