Project Introduction

My project is opening the billiards club located in Thu Duc city The total investment is about 2.1 billion VND ( 9 months: 3 months for building and decoration, 1 month for marketing, 5 months opening )

Business Process

The club provides 3 different types of billiards: Pool, Libre and Carom ( price for each is 120.000vnd/hr, 90.000VND/hr, 120.000VND/hr respectively ) Besides billiards activities, we will sell foods and drinks for customers

1 Pool table ( 8 tables ): 42.000.000VND per | table, total 336.000.000VND

2 Carom table ( 3 tables ): 160.000.000VND per | table, total: 480.000.0000 VND

3 Libre table (3 tables ): 26.000.000VND per | table, total: 78.000.000VND

4 Cue sticks: 30 cues, 1.000.000VND per 1, total: 30.000.000 VND

- Staff: We decided to hire 8 staffs: 1 security, 1 chef, 1 cashier, and 5 servants ( same fixed salary for all staff: 7.000.000VND ) Each staff will receive 1% revenue bonus per month

Marketing Research Target marketing

Young customers, office professionals, and sporty people are our main target categories based on their demands of entertaining to reduce stress

Industry competitors

In Thu Due city, there are plenty of clubs but we’re focusing on clubs which is nearby in our area, we will consider the price to make it the most competitive and suit the financial plan

We’ ve chosen the time to open is from 9AM to 23PM

Store design:

There’s no required to decorate the club traditional way so we decided to make it a little

“European” to make the club looks like a modern way with 2 main tones of colors: yellow and red The building and decoration is expected to be completed in 3 months with the fees about 300.000.0000 VND

Marketing

We’re going to organize several big tournaments and invite professional players to take part in ( each tour’s prize worth more than 50.000.000VND to attract concentration from the pros )

We’re also posting ads on Facebook and Instagram home pages

Business Efficiency Our club has some efficiencies which generate a lot of profit for both Vietnamese people and Vietnamese government in economy and life The first profit is about increasing the Vietnam economy growth by doing business in Vietnam and developing the GDP rate in hiring people to work for us Also we provide more variety activities to help people releasing stress after hardworking-time Also creating jobs for young people and unemployed
