To: Ms Cherrybeth C Pineda Academic Supervisor SMEAG Global Education Inc July 31, 2023 RE: Incurred Absences with Permission Dear Ms Pineda, I am writing this letter to formally inform your humble office and ask apology on the same about the absences I have committed on the following dates with the corresponding reasons On the 11th of July, I attended my younger sister and niece’s graduation ceremony My presence as their recognized guardian was highly needed to walk with them in the processional and on stage On the 18th of July, I was not able to report to work in the morning since I accompanied my 9-month pregnant wife to her obstetrician-gynecologist to have her checked and medicated with anti-tetanus after being bitten a rodent As her only company at home, it is my responsibility to accompany her to the hospital On the 21st of July, after my wife gave birth on the 20 th evening, I must personally process my newborn’s Live Birth certificate as per the hospital’s mandate that the father should be the one to comply the necessary documents It took me a day to complete everything, and with the sleepless night I had to endure while looking after my wife and son On the 27th and 28th of July, my son and wife were alternatively scheduled for a follow-up check up in the same hospital – St Anthony Mother and Child Hospital I understand that being a team leader, it is my duty to be my associates’ example of perfect attendance; however, uncontrollable circumstances must be dealt professionally That is why, the abovementioned dates were planned and informed in advance In addition, I made sure that my students were also aware of this with their full understanding and consent Hence, I attached some files with dates and physician’s signature to vouch my truthfulness and the legitimacy of my reasons Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience I have caused you Respectfully yours, LYLE REY G RABASANO Team Leader
