Mục tiêu là mô tả việc lắp đặt đường ống bên trong để đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu tiêu chí kỹ thuật, bản vẽ thi công được phê duyệt, kết hợp và phối hợp tất cả các hệ thống khác và bản vẽ kết cấu, vật liệu, đặc điểm kỹ thuật và kiểm soát chất lượng Nội dung biện pháp bao gồm tất cả các công việc lắp đặt hệ thống đường ống. Quy trình này thiết lập các hướng dẫn cho việc chuẩn bị và kiểm soát Kế hoạch kiểm tra và nghiệm thu (ITP) cho các hoạt động lắp đặt tại hiện trường và thông báo cho ban quản lý dự án Chủ đầu tư về vị trí kiểm tra nghiệm thu một cách kịp thời
