Corporate entity with headquarters at No Hoang Van Thu, Hai Phong - Branch offices in three major cities: Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, and Quang Ninh - The fleet consists of cargo ships with a total tonnage of 134,158 (DWT) built from 1996-2008 in Vietnam and Japan -
