current capacity development-oriented teaching process - Teachers should be flexible in applying IT to organize learning activities for students - Teachers should know how to overcome difficulties such as classrooms, equipment, number of students, level of students, etc at their units to be effective in new teaching methods - In the learning stages, teachers should not force students to follow their own ideas, but encourage creativity as long as the process and nature are right Teachers can change the way they check and evaluate regularly by grading their learning products, or assessing the effectiveness of group work to encourage students to be motivated to learn practice 1.2.3 For the school - Create all facilities such as projectors, WIFI network, laboratory equipment so that teachers the limited level and time of the research, it is inevitable that shortcomings, the IT and communication skills are also limited We look forward to receiving comments from colleagues and educational administrators to make the topic completer and more useful We would like to thank our teachers and friends for helping us complete this teaching experience 37 Limitation of the teaching experience ClassPoint is a valuable tool for enhancing student interaction in the classroom However, there are some limitations to consider when using this tool: Technical issues: ClassPoint requires stable internet connectivity, compatible devices, and software Technical issues can limit accessibility and create additional difficulties in conducting a class session Students' willingness to participate: Even with interactive tools, some students may not actively engage in the session due to a lack of confidence, interest, or other reasons that may not be related to the tool itself Classroom dynamics: The successful implementation of ClassPoint also depends on various factors such as the subject being taught, student demographics, and classroom environment Some students may be more comfortable with traditional teaching methods than interactive sessions, and integrating ClassPoint may cause discomfort or confusion Over-reliance on technology: In some cases, teachers may become over-reliant on ClassPoint and other interactive tools, leading to a loss of skill in traditional teaching methodologies Limited features: ClassPoint, like any other software, can have limitations in terms of features and functionality It may not be suitable for all teaching requirements Overall, ClassPoint is a valuable tool to enhance student interaction, but it is not a panacea and should be used with careful consideration of its limitations 38 PART D: REFERENCES Circular No 32/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated December 26, 2018 of the Minister of Education and Training English 10 – Global Success – Nhà xuất
