Giáo án cho giáo trình Oxford phonics world 1 dành cho học sinh mầm non và đầu tiểu học.giáo trình của Oxford Phonics World | Oxford University Press (xây dựng hoàn toàn trên cơ sở của phương pháp Phonics) được dạy cho các em học sinh tại các nước bản ngữ, nơi các em vẫn học tiếng Anh theo phương pháp truyền thống ở trường học. Các em tiếp thu rất nhanh và các kiến thức Phonics là sự bổ sung hoàn hảo cho sự phát triển ngôn ngữ toàn diện của các em. Phonics cung cấp một nền móng vững chắc để các em có thể theo đuổi các chương trình tiếng Anh cao cấp hơn, khó hơn.Phonics World là bước đầu tiên và quan trọng trong chuyến hành trình khám phá tiếng Anh của trẻ, nó giúp bé chuẩn hóa phát âm tiếng Anh ngay từ những năm đầu đời qua 44 ngữ âm.

Lesson Plans Oxford Phonics World WEEK – DAY – LETTER A (90 minutes) Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:  Recognize and pronounce the letter Aa and its sound correctly  Understand, recognize and say the four Aa words  Write and trace the letter Aa Topic & Resources Key Activities Key language & Materials Unit - Lesson Resources  Warm-up (15 mins) Letter Aa  Oxford  Greet students by saying: Hello, my name is … phonics world –  Have students sing and actions with the Hello – Super simple songs Hello! | Super Simple Songs Integrated skills students book - page YouTube (Youtube) Reading, Listening, 4,5  Teacher introduce the classroom rules Speaking, Writing  Itool oxford  Teacher plays the video “Phonics song 2” Phonics Song - YouTube and ask students to sing along phonics world  Teacher ask students sit in circle, have students take turns to say hello and introduce their names with the Vocabulary Materials structure “What is your name? My name is ….” apple, ax, ant, alligator  CD  Teacher elicits and repeats structures lots of time, so students can remember and say it clearly Sight words  Phonics cards  Presentation & Practice an, a, it, is Listen and repeat (A): Introduction of letter A, its sound and how to pronounce the words beginning with Aa (5 mins)  Use a card with letter Aa (or write on board the letter Aa) to introduce to the students the new lesson  Instruct students how to pronounce the letter name and the letter sound by saying: “This is the letter A // The letter A says //.”  Repeat several times and check students’ pronunciation (letter A // and its sound //)  Have students sing and actions with the song: The letter A Song – Learn the Alphabet The Letter A Song - Learn the Alphabet - YouTube Trace, write, and say (C): (10 mins)  Teacher show or write the “Aa” on the board, call some students to go on board, try to copy and trace, write the letter correctly (It can be the capital A or lowercase a) Listen, point and repeat (B) (10 mins)  Use the phonics cards with apple, ax, ant and alligator, read the words out loud and have students repeat  Use gestures (hand actions) to help students to understand the meanings of the four words  Stick the cards on board (or open the cards on the itool) and have students repeat the words chorally several times (in the correct order and then in any order)  Call some students to say the words out loud and correct their mistakes (if any)     Activity: Sit and Stand Game (5 mins) Show the phonics cards one by one For example, show the card with ant, but incorrectly say alligator or apple, the students will stand; if the words are correctly said, they will stay sitting Do the same procedure for the other two cards Give feedback Break time: (5 mins) Activity: Touching Game (15 mins) Lesson Plans Oxford Phonics World      Put the phonics cards on the board (or open in the itool) in this order: apple, ax, ant, alligator Divide the class into teams; call one student of each team to stand 1m from the board Read one of the three words out loud (e.g an ant), students must run to tap the card of that word Student who taps the correct card first will get point for his/her team Teacher continues the games until all the students have chance to play Listen and chant (E) (5 mins) Teacher play the video Oxford Phonics World - Unit - Letter A - YouTube and asks the students to chant along  The whole class sings the whole chant Activity : Craftwork (10 mins)  Teacher ask students to sit at the tables and open the Student book (Oxford phonics world 1) p.5 and ask students to part C  Teacher explains the requirement of the tasks  Teacher goes around to help students if necessary Listening (5 mins)  Teacher asks students to move to Part D and explains to the tasks  Teacher plays the audio, pauses and explains the example  Techer plays the whole audio, plays two times and goes around and checks students answers  Teacher checks with the whole class the correct answer  If students finish soon, teacher give students the handwriting worksheets and let them to trace or color the letter Aa or apple, ant, ax, alligator Activity : Wrap up (5 mins)  Teacher open the video : Clean up song Clean Up Song | Kids Song for Tidying Up | Super Simple Songs - YouTube and ask students to tidy up their things  Have students sing and actions with the Goodbye song  Give feedback (90 minutes)  WEEK – DAY – LETTER B Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students can be able to:  Recognize and pronounce the letter Bb and its sound correctly  Understand, recognize and say the three Bb words  Write the letter Bb Topic & Resources Key language & Materials Unit - Lesson Resources Warm-up (15 mins)  Oxford Letter Bb  Greet students Integrated skills Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing Vocabulary phonics world – students book - page 6,7  Itool oxford phonics world Materials Key Activities  Have students sing and actions with the Hello – Super simple songs Hello!
