UNIT 7: HOW DO I LEARNT ENGLISH? Lesson (4,5,6,7) Date of planing: 12/11/2018 Date of teaching : 5A -13/11, 5B,5C 14/11/2018 I Objectives: By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to - Read the text and complete the sentences and tick True (T) or False (F) - Write about your friend learns English * Language contents: Vocabulary: Review Structure: Review Skills: listening, speaking and reading II Teaching methods: - Communicative approach - Techniques: + Ask and answer (say individually) + Work in pairs/ groups + Discuss III Teaching aids: Teacher: pupil’s and teacher’s book, picture, CD, cassette and falshcards Pupils: book, notebook, workbook IV Procedures: Teacher’s activitice Student’s activities A.Class organization Good morning/ afternoon! Chant C New lesson: Read and tick True (T) or False (F) - Tell the class that they are going to read the Read text about how and why Mai and Akiko learn English, and tick T or F - Give them a few seconds to look at the picture and ask: Who’s this?
