Some special fun facts about our staff…One or more of us have:  Jumped into the Southernmost point of the USA off a cliff in Hawaii  Met the president  Backpacked in Denali, the Grand Tetons, and Glacier National Park  Completed marathons  Have been on TV (Classroom Close-up and other)  Are MTV alumni – and received the Citizenship Award ourselves  Is a Marine mom  Is a choir standout that traveled across Europe (The hills are alive…)  Is the youngest of six girls (that poor dad!)  Have dual citizenship  Have visited multiple countries across the globe  Participated in research studies  Donated a kidney to a family member  Participated in NASA’s Reduced Gravity Education Program in Houston, making MTV a distinguished NASA Explorer School  A special talent to make a realistic sheep sound  Received a horse as first pet … a gift from grandpa  Played the piano with our eyes closed  Volunteered for Habitat for Humanity  Shaved our heads for charitable causes (including St Baldrick’s Foundation)  Are Hanover residents … as far back as third generation  Have children who proudly attended and graduated from Hanover Township Schools AND WE ALL LOVE CHILDREN  FAMILY Perhaps our biggest contribution comes in the form of family Family is important to each and every Mountview member, in fact, we consider our school community to be a “family” as well … our home-awayfrom-home We have staff members with many brothers and sisters, a twin, and many dedicated moms (and friends, sisters, etc.) who show up every year to help us set up our classrooms Our parents, too, attend our events and cheer us on And as parents ourselves, which many of us are, we know the value of providing a great education and the importance of trust That being said, ourselves, to nearly 26 of us are PROUD parents 60 children – with a pretty even split between girls and boys (with the girls slightly outnumbering the boys!) Likewise, we have one proud grandma among our mix, who proudly shares stories about her one granddaughter We hope you agree … your children are in qualified and loving hands ...
