1.FOOD Pho is one of the most popular dishes in Hanoi. I enjoy making beef noodle because I like eating it. I usually make it for my family on special occasions. It is popular because it has become the quintessential musttry dish in Hanoi for any visitors. And it has become the ultimate comfort food for any residential Hanoian. Pho is a noodle soup consisting of the rice noodle itself, the broth, different cuts of meat and a variety of herbs.
