Was the customer satisfied with the end product(s)? If not, why not? The goals of the project were to introduce the IoT industry to the employees, train the work’s skill, let the employees familiarize to the work environment and celebrate team building The director was satisfied with the employees’ skills after training 1.2 Were costs budgets met? Some the schedule of the project was later than scheduled 1.4 Were risks identified and mitigated? If not, why not?
