bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz gradient nhằm khảo sát tô pô mầm hàm trường hợp địa phương tồn bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz cổ điển trường hợp toàn cục Cụ thể hơn, trường hợp địa phương, luận án nghiên cứu bất biến tô pô kỳ dị đường cong phẳng sau: thương cực số mũ Łojasiewicz gradient Trong trường hợp toàn cục, luận án nghiên cứu tồn tại, ổn định cận sai số Holder, bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz toàn cc mi liờn h vi cỏc ă giỏ tr Fedoryuk đặc biệt Bên cạnh đó, luận án nghiên cứu tồn cận sai số Holder bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz gradient cho hàm định nghĩa ¨ cấu trúc o-tối tiểu Luận án gồm có bốn chương sau: Trong Chương 1, nhắc lại số kiến thức sở hàm giải tích, Định lý Puiseux, bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz, hình học cấu trúc o-tối tiểu, tập nửa đại số số kết giải tích biến phân Trong Chương 2, chúng tơi trình bày khái niệm đa giác Newton tương ứng với cung phương pháp trượt để tính khai triển Newton-Puiseux địa phương Chúng tơi sử dụng phương pháp để tính thương cực số mũ Łojasiewicz gradient trường hợp phức Từ đó, chúng tơi chứng minh tập thương cực số mũ Łojasiewicz bất biến tô pô trường hợp kỳ dị đường cong phẳng phức không thiết thu gọn Một số ước lượng hiệu số mũ Łojasiewicz đưa chương Trong Chương 3, với f đa thức n biến thực, thiết lập số công thức tập Λ+ ( f ) tập giá trị có tập mức tương ứng có cận sai số Holder tồn cục thoả mãn Ngồi chúng tơi trình bày đặc trưng cận sai ¨ số Holder Newton-Puiseux vô hạn đường cong đại số Bên cạnh đó, chúng tơi tính số ví dụ minh hoạ cho số kiểu ổn định phân loại Về bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz tồn cục, chúng tơi xác định cơng thức tường minh tập Λ( f ), tập giá trị t mà thớ nhận bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz tồn cục Chúng tơi ý đến giá trị biên tập Λ( f ), chúng giá trị Fedoryuk đặc biệt Hơn nữa, chúng tơi số ví dụ tập Λ( f ) Điển hình ví dụ đa thức hai biến mà khơng có giá trị t để f −1 (t) có bất đẳng thức Łojasiewicz tồn cục, nói cách khác Λ( f ) = ∅ Trong Chương 4, đưa tiêu chuẩn tồn ca cn sai s Holder cho ă cỏc hm nh nghĩa được, liên tục cấu tiểu iii ho tro tai file : luanvanchat@gmail.com ABSTRACT The thesis studies Łojasiewicz inequalities, they are Łojasiewicz gradient inequality for investigating the topology of function germs in the local case and the existence for classical Łojasiewicz inequality in the global case Explicitly, in the local case, the thesis investigates topological invariants of plane curve singularities: Polar quotients and Łojasiewicz gradient exponents In the global case, the thesis studies the existence, stability of global Holderian error bounds and ă global Łojasiewicz inequality in the relationship with Fedoryuk values Besides, we study the existence of global Holderian error bounds and ojasiewicz gradiă ent inequality for definable functions in o-minimal structures The thesis consists of four chapters: In Chapter 1, we recall some basic results on analytic functions, Puiseux’s theorem, Łojasiewicz inequalities, geometry of o-minimal structures, semi-algebraic sets, variational analysis and required properties In Chapter 2, we recall the Newton polygon relative to an arc and use sliding method to compute local Newton-Puiseux expansions We use sliding method to compute polar quotients and Łojasiewicz gradient exponent in the complex case Consequently, we prove that the set of polar quotients and Łojasiewicz gradient exponent are both topological invariants for plane curve singularities (not necessarily reduced) In Chapter 3, firstly, assume that f is a real polynomial in n variables, we give some formulas for Λ+ ( f ) which is the set of values t such that its sub-level set admits a global Holderian error bound Moreover, we give a characterization of ¨ global Holderian error bound on the set ¨ V1 := x ∈ Rn : ∂f (x) = ∂xn Next, we investigate the relationship between the set of that, in the case of two variables, the set Λ+ ( f ) is always non-empty set We give a special example of a polynomial, where the Fedoryuk set is infinite and there not exist any value such that its sub-level set admits a Holderian error bound Moreover, we classify all of the ¨ types of stability of global Holderian error bounds Moreover, we give a proceă dure for computing of + ( f ) by using Newton-Puiseux expansions at infinity of algebraic curves Besides, we compute an explicit example to illustrate some types of stability About global Łojasiewicz inequality, we give some explicit formulas for Λ( f ) which is the set of value t such that its fibre f −1 (t) admits global Łojasiewicz inequality We notice the values of boundary of the set Λ( f ), they are special Fedoryuk values Moreover, we point out some interesting examples about it Specially, we give a polynomial in two variables satisfies: There is no value t such that f −1 (t) admits the global Łojasiewicz inequality, i.e Λ( f ) = ∅ In Chapter 4, we give a criterion for the existence of global Holderian error ă bounds for definable functions in o-minimal structures and the its relation to Palais-Smale condition In
