1.Rationale of the study Along with the development of the economic world, enterprises are continuously facing with new challenges and fierce competitors, therefore, efficient marketing service is an important aspect of a firm’s general activities and ability to business growth.According to a business perspective, marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to promote the buying or selling of a product or service Marketing includes advertising, selling, and delivering products to consumers or other businesses Some marketing is done by affiliates on behalf of a company.Thus, efficient marketing service is an importance issue for every companies In reality, marketing activities are extremely complicated and difficult, especially for small and medium companies They are small companies with limited budget and no marketing department Marketing is fragmented and lack of market research Therefore, these companies need to find the most effective way to improve their marketing.Among different choices, outsource marketing service is the most common of the businesses Awareness of the importance of marketing service,during training time, I observed, interviewed, carried out research about outsource marketing service and I find that the marketing service of the company was useful for the medium and small companies Finally, with my knowledge combined with the Mr Vu Duc Phuong and the enthusiastic help of staffs in Marketing Goc Co., LTD, the thesis titled: ” Outsource marketing service development in Marketing Goc Co.,LTD” is carried out 2.Aims of the study: Marketing Goc Co., LTD specializes in providing marketing services for small and medium companies, therefore, the aim of the study is to evaluate outsource marketing service of Marketing Goc service in 2021 It can be said that 2020 was a pretty "crazy" year Amid the chaos brought by us by great social changes, many industries - including marketing, had to evolve and adapt to fit into the "new normal" status Whether or not there is a global crisis, the marketing trend is always growing at a very fast rate New statistics, technologies and techniques that keep popping up every day and hour have made our connection and marketing to consumers constantly changing They are so many that it is difficult for you to keep up However, to be successful in this fast-growing industry, you have to more than just keep up with the trends in marketing - you always have to be at the top of the game Now that the most unpredictable year in history has ended, some new and interesting marketing trends have begun to emerge in 2021 Firstly, UGC stands for user-generated content Modern consumers are becoming more demanding and demanding, they gradually believe less in traditional advertising and what brands say about themselves Instead, customers choose to trust the shares from friends or social network communities This is the perfect time for UGC to gradually become the new marketing nature of marketing, helping marketing the business management system, helping businesses optimize costs and effectiveness of marketing service The business mission of Marketing Goc is expressed through the slogan: ‘Affirming the value, positioning success” The company also has a hope to become a leading organization in providing marketing service brand in Vietnam Marketing Goc desires to bring more values to society and SME organisations , accompanying the growing of Vietnamese intellectuals, businesses and directors 3.1.3 Objectives for the future development at Marketing Goc Co.,LTD Towards future growth, Marketing Goc is committed to achieving the following key goals The first goal is to reach more customers to help increase the company's brand identity When a company's brand identity is good, potential customers will pay attention to their products and services, they will learn about the company and try its services.Therefore, the number of customers who believe using the company's services will bring great profits to the company Secondly, company need to improve the quality of marketing services to bring customer satisfaction In fact, there are many other outsource order to get closer to customers and also create confidence in the market 3.2 Suggestions to improve efficiency of outsource marketing service at Marketing Goc Co.,LTD As discussed in chapter 2, the company’s outsource marketing service management is not particularly good This company has not utilized effectively Facebook and other social media; the brand of the company has not attracted to customers ; and customer care service is not effective for comprehensive develoment cooperation ; thus, the most pressing solution for the company at this time is to promote product/ service quality and improve digital marketing service As a result, the business needs the following solutions: First, The company need to determine their service strategy, such as researching customers and their products which they want to work with our company, finding out the market demand for that product , creating more “personalized” content which targets more specialized customer groups, finding out the real problem the customers have and help them solve it Second ,the company should make effective use of Facebook and other social media through understanding the use of them Through social network sites, the company can find out the needs of customers for certain products, in addition, it can help businesses learn about a lot of information about consumers such as age, gender, , interests , etc Next , the company has to approach closer to customers to create a highlight with customers It is clear that companies which want to gain many customers must firstly create their own attraction and transparent service for every company, so the company should focus on improving this service Moreover, when customers feel they are cared for, they will trust their company more 3.3 Recommentations to improve efficiency of outsource marketing service at Marketing Goc Co.,LTD 3.3.1 Strengthening the organization of outsource marketing service For a marketing strategy to be effective, it is essential to have a rational and dynamic organization The work must be wisely divided according to the ability and expertise of each employee The effective implementation will help the marketing staff to bring into full play their capabilities, and at the same time, help to make full use of the application of science and technology in marketing activities Therefore, it is extremely important for the marketing department to coordinate smoothly and follow the set strategy The company has three departments responsible for the delivery of outsource marketing services They are content creation department, consulting department and account department The Content Creation Department is responsible for thinking, creating ideas for each project, and executing it and in charge of areas: Design (image array) and Content (array of words) Consulting department plays the role of planning, researching and consulting marketing for businesses and find out the consumer needs and insights of users The Account Department is responsible for finding customers through websites, facebook fanpages, make sale plans, meeting customers, trainees, service consulting, coordinating the signing contract and work to departments another board.This shows the need of allocating work as well as additional personnel for outsource marketing services.Therefore, company has to change shortcoming into better other pictures to attract the attention of customers In particular, company should pay attention to the interaction with customers in order to attract more potential customers Showing them that company is
