1. Thực hiện công tác quét sơn lên các bộ phận của công trình có tác dụng bảo vệ các bộ phận công trình chống lại tác hại của thời tiết. Lớp sơn còn làm tăng độ bền cơ học của kết cấu công trình.
2. Hạng mục sơn công trình liên quan đến công tác sơn trên tất cả các bề mặt cần thiết được chỉ định rõ, bao gồm:
- Sơn hoàn thiện trên lớp bả mattit nội và ngoại thất - Sơn các tay vịn và lang can bằng kim loại nội ngoại thất - Sơn cửa, khung cửa nội ngoại thất
