5.4 Hạn chế và hướng nghiên cứu trong tương lai

Tuy rằng bài nghiên cứu này đưa ra được các nhận định cũng như cho biết các vấn đề đang diễn ra trong thực tế về ngành dịch vụ trong thời điểm dịch bệnh đang diễn biến phức tạp nhưng vẫn còn một số các yếu tố chưa được giải quyết triệt để cùng với đó là các hạn chế trong nghiên cứu.

Thứ nhất, nghiên cứu này lấy mẫu chỉ có các đối tượng hiện đang sinh sống tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh nên chỉ mới có tính đại diện cho tỉnh, thành chưa đủ lớn để đại diện cho một quốc gia như Việt Nam.

Thứ hai là về loại ví điện tử, chúng tôi có hỏi về ví điện tử nào được sử dụng hay được cho là sử dụng nhiều nhất. Yếu tố này khá hay để nghiên cứu nhưng trong bài nghiên cứu chúng tôi chưa sử dụng triệt để nó và chưa đi sâu vào sự hài lòng cảu người tiêu dùng đối với từng loại ví điện tử mà họ dùng.

Thứ ba là về các giả thuyết nghiên cứu, chúng tôi cho rằng các giả thuyết nghiên cứu này sát với thực tế nhưng chưa hoàn toàn phù hợp với bối cảnh của Việt Nam hiện tại do vậy dẫn đến rất nhiều giải thuyết bị bác bỏ do chưa đạt tiêu chuẩn.

Thứ tư là về số lượng mẫu mà chúng tôi dùng để làm dữ liệu nghiên cứu. Về mặt này có vẻ hạn chế là ở thời gian thu thập dữ liệu chỉ có một tháng nên số lượng mẫu chưa được cao và vì vậy nó cũng làm giảm đi độ chính xác của khảo sát cũng như có thể ảnh hưởng xấu đến nghiên cứu chính.

Vì vậy trong nghiên cứu tương lai, nhà nghiên cứu có thể tập trung vào chỉnh sửa các yếu tố khảo sát và thu thập thêm một số thông tin liên quan đến nhân khẩu học hay mở rộng nghiên cứu ra ngoài địa bàn thành phố để từ đó có thể khảo sát được nhiều người thuộc nhiều vùng miền khác nhau. Cho cùng, với những hạn chế nêu trên, chúng tôi sẽ

cố gắng cải thiện và phát triển nghiên cứu này trong tương lai để các kết quả có thể áp dụng trực tiếp vào thực tiễn và mang tính ứng dụng đại trà hơn so với hiện tại.
