- Lựa chọn công nghệ khai thác hợp lý cho các mỏ đá khai thác lộ thiên phù hợp với điều kiện tự nhiên, điều kiện kỹ thuật, hiệu quả, an toàn và bảo vệ tốt môi trường.
- Kiến nghị và đề xuất các giải pháp quản lý Nhà nước trong hoạt động khai thác
đá lộ thiên.
3. Kết quả chính đạt được:
- Đánh giá thực trạng công tác quản lý, công nghệ khai thác các mỏđá lộ thiên ở
Việt Nam
- Xây dựng được tiêu chí tổng hợp để phân loại các mỏ khai thác đá để làm cơ sở
cho việc lựa chọn công nghệ khai thác phù hợp.
- Trên cơ sở kết quả phân loại xây dựng, đề xuất lựa chọn công nghệ và thiết bị
khai thác phù hợp với từng loại mỏ. Lựa chọn công nghệ khai thác phù hợp với các mỏ
khai thác đá là một giải pháp tăng cường quản lý nhà nước trong hoạt động khai thác
đá về kỹ thuật, kỹ thuật an toàn, bảo vệ môi trường, tận thu và sử dụng có hiệu quả tài nguyên khoáng sản đá.

1. Objectives
- Investigate and assess current situations of technical management and safety works in mining technology at surface rock mines;
- Establish criterions for classifying rock mines and selecting suitable mining technology;
- Build suitable mining technologies based on classification results of surface rock mine;
- Propose solutions for strengthening state management works on mining activities at surface rock mines.
