For the documentation of the mechanical characteristics of powder coatings an
examination of the mechanical characteristics takes place on the day after
production Further the file of the results for the production documentation takes
place to the maintenance of the GSB permission and Qualicoat of our products.
For each load the following checks are executed and documented in the load
inspection report.
PA01 – adhesion test
PA03 - will possess low check after Erichsen
PA04 - ball impact check
PA05 – conical mandrel with products the one GSB permission u/o Qualicoat
permission additionally checked: PA02 - impression attempt after book wood PA13 -
cooked PA23 - high-speed weathering QUV 313 B is additionally stored here also a
chromated box sheet metal, the cooking sheet metal and the QUV sheet metal (=
GSB file). For for each load the following checks are executed and documented in
the load inspection report.
