Seok Han’s Office, Mr Kim Soonyoung and Mr An who always helped me when 1] The Differences between Thesis “An Empirical Study on Factors m in Vietnam” and this 2] The Difference between Paper “A Study of Factors Affecting the Payment Services in Vietnam” and this Thesis 3] Differences Between Paper “A Study of Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services in Vietnam” and this Thesis 1] Comparing the Hypothesis Test Result between Thesis “An Empirical Vietnam” and this thesis 2] Comparing the Hypothesis Test Result between Paper “A Study of Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services in Vietnam” and 3] Comparing the Hypothesis Test Result between Paper “Factors Focused on Vietnam” 트란타오안 경영학과 숭실대학교 대학원 핀테크 서비스의 급속한 성장과 더불어 스마트 기기들의 대중성은 편 리하고 쉬운 금융 서비스들이 많이 생겨났다 특히 모바일 결제와 관련 된 시장은 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다 소비자들은 새로운 기술을 수용 하기 전 다른 방법의 기술로 전환 할 의도를 갖게 된다 만약 소비자가 모바일 결제를 이용해 거래한다면 현금 사용은 줄어들게 된다 어느 정 도 모바일 결제 방법의 사용은 현금결제를 줄일 수 있는 행동 전환에 영 향을 줄 수 있다 본 연구에서는 TAM(Technical Acceptance Model)과 PPM(Push-Pull-Mooring)프레임워크를 결합하여 베트남에서 현금결제에서 모바일 결제로의 전환 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 대해 고 찰하였다 연구를 통해 수립된 모형에서는 Push 요인 중 2개의 변수와 Pull 요인의 1개의 변수 그리고 Mooring 요인의 3개의 변수로 구성하였 다 또한 전환비용, 습관, 성별, 연령 및 소득을 조절변수로 활용하였으 며, 해당 자료는 베트남에서 온라인 조사를 실시하여 수집하였다 실증 분석 한 결과 낮은 현금 결제 만족도, 현금 결제의 불편함, 대안의 매력, 개인의 혁신성, 인지된 위험성은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 사용 용이성에 영향을 주는 5가지 변수인 것으로 나타났다 그러나 모바일 결제의 지식 은 인지된 사용 용이성과 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다 또한 베트남에서 인지된 사용 용이성과 인지된 사용 유용성은 현금 결제에서 모바일 결제로의 전환의도에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다 그리고 전환비용, 습관, 성별, 연령은 조절효과가 나타나는 것으 로 분석하였지만 소득은 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다  ...
