TBM (Tool Box Meeting) Họp Giao ban/giao ca Trong xây dựng Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Bài 3: : TBM (Tool Box Meeting) Họp giao ban/giao ca 1) Thời gian: 1h lý thuyết, 1h thực hành 2) Trang thiết bị/vật tư - Máy chiếu, máy tính, loa 3) Mục tiêu - Người học hiểu mức độ quan trọng họp giao ban/giao ca công trường cách thức tiến hành họp - Người học tổ chức hợp Giao ban/giao ca có sử dụng hướng dẫn họp giao ban/giao ca làm thuyết trình Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Nội dung A Định nghĩa trình họp Giao ban/giao ca (TBM) 1) Định nghĩa: Một họp hay hoạt động khơng thức tổ chức cơng trường tập trung vào chủ đề an toàn lao động liên quan đến cơng việc cụ thể ví dụ như: mối nguy hiểm nơi làm việc thực hành làm việc an tồn 2) Q trình: Các tập đơn giản, Thực hành chỗ, Các chủ đề vầ an toàn v.v 3) Mục tiêu: Làm tăng mức độ quan tâm đến khía cạnh cụ thể công việc, to reinforce safety consciousness Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Các giai đoạn TBM 1. Giai đoạn bắt đầu: Chào hỏi lẫn 2. Giai đoạn kiểm tra: Sức khỏe, trang phục, dụng cụ bảo hộ lao động, trang bị thủ công 3. Giai đoạn thị công việc: Xác nhận nội dung làm việc thị nhiệm vụ người cách liên lạc với thành viên nhóm 4. Giai đoạn dự báo nguy hiểm: Dự báo mối nguy hiểm ngày làm việc đó, nhóm người phát biểu yếu tố nguy hiểm 5. Giai đoạn xác nhận: Phải xác nhận yếu tố nguy hiểm mục nhắc lại “rất tốt!” Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Phương pháp thực hành TBM 1. Thực thời gian ngắn trước tiến hành công việc, sau bữa ăn trưa, sau hồn tất cơng việc 2. Không quan trọng địa điểm, nhân viên 5-6 người đứng vòng tròn điểm làm việc gần máy móc làm việc 3. Tất nhân viên hội ý để tìm phương pháp giải yếu tố nguy hiểm Module 3: An tồn lao động cơng trường Giai đoạn thực TBM A Động não a) Đánh giá nhanh trước làm việc Hơm tình trạng xung quanh điểm làm việc nào? Hôm cơng việc có nguy hiểm khơng? Hơm phải làm để đảm bảo an toàn? b) Nói to điều phải làm để cơng việc an tồn Tơi thích đội mũ bảo hiểm!
