came class, I prepared lesson plan It gives enough information for me how best to teach the lesson Beside that, I was a class management In my class 6A , there are 40 students Athought some of them are naughty, most of them lovely and friendly Beside teaching and learning, this school as a place for students and teachers communicatives and understand more about Vietnam social I like environment in this school

2.3 Requirement.

In education, teachers need : Firstly, Understanding psychology each student's Secondly, Teaching method of learning for students and explaining in detail Lastly, Teacher should stram students in presentation skills and reunite outdoor activities

Part II: Practical application

1 Teaching.

In school, English is an important subject Become to English teacher and take part in the Vietnam education system, it is dream of many people, and I am too During my practice time at Hoang Liet Secondary School, I also praticipated in teaching and observing some periods of the classes in the school My schedule of weeks as following:

The fist week ( January 25th to February 1st ) was the time for me to went on

finding place for practice I found everywhere and I recognized that Hoang Liet Secondary School has an ideal situation for attracting teacher I decided to enter into the school and asked some information about it The staff seemed friendly and enthusiatic when they answering me I think that Hoang Liet Secondary School is a good place from me to practice So I choose Hoang Liet Secondary School

The second week ( February 1st to February 7th ) was the time for me to

access to the school and the work In the second week I saw Mr Hoang Van Sinh, the head-master, Mrs Nguyen Minh Ngoc, the English teacher and the teachers of Hoang Liet secondary school where I go for me practice I tried to learn and get acquainted with the teachers, pupils in the school and everything relating to teach such as: The department in the school, plans, aims of the school I took part in observing the class 6A on February 2nd, Mrs Nguyen Minh Ngoc taught them And

this is the first time, I came to class, I was anxious but when I saw face radiant with smile of pupils, I felt more comfortable and confident All most pupils in the class are obedient and studious besides, some pupil are very naughty and lazy My feeling when I entered the class early I obsered all the active of pupils I try to remember name and the face of each pupil I read document about the school to understand more about history of the school and process of work and activity when the school was opened until now And I realized that pupils were interested in English subject

being a good future teacher was always in my mind and seemed to be my passion finding to buy the book of six seven and eight grade and reference book as well And I really lucky, I did not meet anything difficulty Due to the time off of Tet holiday I was accustomed to compose the lesson plan gradually

The first day coming back to the school brought me the different feelings with meeting my beloved students again and continued being a teacher Everyone appeared to be the family-members with the smiling and giving each other the best wishes in the new year At the end of the class, coming back to my home, the happy feeling still remained in my mind but I also did not forget my duty of preparing the lesson plan both on notebook and projector that considered the new and effective teaching method

The next week, I went to school and the instructor helped me know how to write lesson plans, and familiarize yourself with the class steps , school hours I met English groups There are seven members in my English groups From March 9th I

started going enough hours of English classes The first class was class 8A, Mrs Hanh taught It was period 75- Unit 12 A vacation aboard and she taught lesson – Listening Before students listened, she gave a table about True/ False prediction and students listened , completed the table All teaching lesson used both on notebook and projector I saw students were interested to take part lesson Specially, it was lucky number game, it was quite popular Students have found key in numbers on game Finishing lesson was practice with partner, asked and answered question about weather Although only one period but teaching lesson was very successful and very charming student learning I learned a lot about teaching way, controled time and class

easy teaching and you have really loved teaching job And Dang Thi Thu Ha ( vice headmaster), English teacher set a high valuation about the period

Mrs Le Quyen taught class 6D It was period 77- Unit 12 Let’s eat, lesson 5: B4- Listening Starting lesson, she gave exercises and students found new words through it Then she gave some pictures to content lesson Students listened radio, choosed the letters you heared and answered the questions Some teacher remarked the period was not good as they hoped I knew that preparing lesson plan was very important After I attended some teaching periods , gave me a lot of experience about how better teaching and better studying

Before teaching a lesson, I prepared my lesson plans It taked me aware of the aims and language content of the lesson and helped me to distinguish the various stages of a lesson That I will teach my students in the class If the teacher’s book did not give enough information, it is important for me to decided the answer to these questions myself in other words I made my plan for the lesson It is talked about the lesson which I have taught in may class

I started to teach the class 6A ( from March 13th ) Students learnt Unit

13-Activites and the seasons Mrs Dang Thi Thu Ha ( vice headmaster) and Nguyen Minh Ngoc( instructor) took part my teaching period They observed, listened and gave points Before I started lesson, I had made game by English to make pupils keen on lesson Most of pupils participated in enthusiastically In my lesson ( Unit 13-A1,2), students studied about The weather and seasons It is listening skill, all students listened to the radio and understood English language When I taught my students, I always introduced the topic and gave some questions I used to radio to read the dialogue with stopping, students listened for the mian ideas and answered questions And then, I played the cassette again, and I asked questions to check detailed comprehension The second part the same Thus, students opened their books and played it again the dialogue When I have finished, discussed the dialogue together It helped students improve listening skill and understand lesson During this period, the air of class was exciting and the students were interested in lesson that day My teaching period was very successful I applied all my knowledge which I learned at Thanh Do university

dialogue and then gave a question paper so that they discussed to each other It is reading skill, it is a way of presenting new words and structure and it is a basic for language practice And many skills such as: speaking, writing

Beside teaching English, I was a Class management In my class 6A, there are 40 students with groups They are twelve years ago and they live in Hoang Mai district They studied all day from Monday to Saturday I came to school and we are have some activities before I started my lesson I would like to suggested my students some ways to made them felt as if they can contributed to how their class was run I helped my students studies, communicative with students I found that my students very friendly and lovely My class have many good students, we are always exchange imformation about class with another class at school

Thus, I taked part in the social activities It is Women’s day ( 8/3), and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (26/3) It was the time for me and may students relax and communicatives

When I taked part in the Hoang Liet Secondary School I like the environment in here Teachers and students are very good, friendly They always help me in my work I was very happy when I have teaching practice in this school I believe that after my graduation, I will become a good teacher, and I have chance to work at Hoang Liet Secondary School

Part III: Conclusion

After joining in the practice term, I think that I could receive much

knowledges about the teaching English, especially the teachers’duty I have realized tha importance of accessing to the fact The theory that I have studied at my college is the basic factor and the importance is how I can apply it in the factual condition I remembered the first day when I wnet to school, I felt worry and thrill And then I felt confident and tried to complete the lectures better I am very happy about this I found that I loved the post of a teacher much more I loved my students I hope that after my graduation, I will have chance to work at Hoang Liet Secondary School as a teacher member

1 Recommendation for my practice place- Hoang Liet Secondary School. Generally, the managers as the teacher in Hoang Liet Secondary School work professionally because most of them choose the suitable job wich they had been trained Furthermore, they had ever work hard and respoinable to be a new comer, I was very embarrassed but it did not take me much time to get accquainted with the new invironment because everybody has been friendly and hospitable

Although the school has lots of condition, there are still some disadvantages First, I would like to concer about wearing style of the students I found that their wearing style seems free Only Monday, students have uniform but they rarely to wear Except for them, nobody has uniform in week I think that the head-master and parents’ students should choose the distinctive uniform If they wear uniform, they will be more beautifull Secondly, English teacher should make discussion to practice speaking skill

During the time pratising, the trouble seemed to disapprear due to the teachers'help, and the months actually brought me the real experiences and comprehension to be adapted with the real job in the near future
