Upgraded ISO/IEC 1705 from version 1999 to version 2005 - Established subsidiary companies Source: DHG‘s Annual Report 2009, p.14 DHG‘s Products have received favor of many Vietnamese Consecutively for 14 years (since 1996), DHG has been voted as ―Vietnamese High Quality Product‖ by consumers Currently, the structure of shareholder of DHG includes: SCIC (State Capital Investment Company) (owns 44.25% of the shares), foreign institutional investors (own 41.18% of the shares), domestic investors (own 4.84% of the shares), investors within the company (0.34% of the shares) (DHG, 2009)  Scope of business and major products of DHG Major business scopes of DHG includes (1) Pharmaceuticals (2) Pharmaceutical cosmetics, and (3) Dietary supplements (see Figure 4.1), which are divided into 12 categories of products with more than 270 types of medicines distributed widely in Business Research Method Assignment Vietnam (DHG, 2009) Several medicines brands of DHG are Hapacol, Davita Bone, Unikids, Eugica, and Haginat – KlametiN The company is currently producing both oriental and western medicines At the present, oriental medicines only account for 9.4% of the company‘s total revenue but they have been growing fast (in 2006, oriental medicines only accounted for 4.39% revenue) (Ibid.) DHG has stable product structure with product groups that have had contributed much to the revenue of the company, which are antibiotics (41.82%), pain relieve - antipyretic (15.97%), drugs for ENT (ears, nose, throat) (15.47%), and vitamin and minerals (10.12%) (Ibid)  Vision, mission and core values of DHG The vision, mission and core values of the company had been introduced for the first time in 2004 and reconfirmed in 2007 Vision of DHG: “For a more beautiful and healthier life” Mission of DHG: ―DHG always provide high quality products and services to satisfy the aspiration for a more beautiful and healthier life” Core values of DHG: Quality, safety, and effectiveness targeted as our highest commitments Knowledge and creativity served as our foundation of the development Responsibility, cooperation, promotion prioritized as our motto of actions DHG‘s identity taken as our pride Mutual prospects with partners established as our long-term goal Our outstanding differentiation employed as our competitive strengths Community‘s benefits centered upon starts of all activities 10 Business Research Method Assignment Recommendations for Perceived Organization Support A tends to cooperate in a spirit of ―We work together!‖ is the ineviable trend in the economic development Therefore, to promote best advantage of team work, an organization‘s role is very important The relationship between organization and career commitment is the same direction The good organization-employee relationship builds the employee‘s morale, this makes the employee to feel affective about his job, especially when his efforts are recognized and rewared This brings him satisfaction in his job Thus, he strives to achieve both organizational and personal goals Recommendations for Fairness in Skilled-Based Pay Salary, reward or profit distribution to employees is very sensitive and they need to ensure fairness in distribution The fairness not only helps employees be happy but also helps the company ensure transparency in the organization The skills - based pay plan of the organization must be fair for all employees II SIGNIFICANCE OF RESEARCH The main purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between career commitment and performance of employees in DHG Pharma Having a job which relatively satisfaction the ability and capacity of one person, that person will be happy to work and devote his or her life for the company and from that, their partners and customers will perceive the enthusiasm, the provided service and want to work with that person which partly contributes to the success of the organization The study findings present valuable understanding for policy makers regarding how to make their employees feel their work as expectancies To be successful, the board 54 Business Research Method Assignment of management should focus on increasing the employees‘ expectancies by job assigning, benefit programs, rewards, work conditions, and promotions III LIMITATION OF THE STUDY The study have many limitation mainly because the sample of the research is small;
