Căn vào thị năm học ngành, nghị trờng tổ đề ra, văn hớng dấn giảng dạy môm định mức tiêu đăng ký thi đua cho tong khối lớp THPT Đối với học sinh lớp 11 ban D, chơng trình địi hỏi nhiều kiến thức ứng dụng thực tế, ký giao tiếp nghe nói đọc viết dể giao tiếp với ngời nc ngoi mc yờu cu

Đặc điểm tình hình a) Thuận lợi

c s quan tõm nhiều mặt nhà trờng, hội phụ huynh, cấp ngành nên hoạt động dạy học có nhiều thuận lợi đặc biệt phơng tiện dạy học đại (Máy vi tính, máy chiếu đa năng, máy chiếu Over head …)

Học sinh đợc học tiếng Anh từ lớp nên có số lợng kiến thức định mơn ngoại ngữ Ngồi em đợc học tiếng Anh theo nguyện vọng(Tự chọn)

Đội ngũ giáo viên động, kiến thức đạt chuẩn, nhiệt tình cơng tác có nhiều kinh nghiệm giảng dạy b) Khó khăn:

- Qua điều tra bản, thấy lực học môn nhiều học sinh mức độ trung bình khơng có nhiều hớng thú học Các kỹ giao tiếp tiếng Anh nh nghe, nói, viết hu nh cha c hỡnh thnh

Nguyên nhân:

- Hầu hết học sinh cha ý thức đợc tầm quan trọng môn học, lời biếng Đa số học sinh học đối phó

- Do q trình học tập lớp dới em cha hiệu qủa dẫn đến rỗng kiến thức làm cho trình học em gặp nhiều khó khăn vốn từ vựng, cấu trúc ngữ pháp, đặc biệt kỹ giao tiếp …

II. Ph ơng h ớng nhiệm vụ, mục tiêu, tiêu, phấn đấu mặt hoạt động: 1 Giảng dạy lý thuyết:

- Theo phân phối chơng trình Bộ GD-ĐT hớng dẫn, theo tài liệu đạo chuyên môn - Bài giảng sử dụng phơng tiện giảng dạy, dụng cụ phù hợp

- Bồi dỡng học sinh giỏi môn, giúp đỡ học sinh yếu

- Giáo dục đạo đức, tinh thần, thái độ học tập môn học sinh

2. Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu, đăng ký thi đua - 10% học sinh có lực học giỏi

- 80% học sinh có lực học từ trung bình đến - Không để học sinh ngồi nhầm lớp

- Không để tiêu cực kiểm tra thi cử bệnh thành tích giáo dục - Khơng vi phạm đạo đức nhà giáo

- Danh hiƯu thi ®ua: ChiÕn sỹ thi đua cấp sở III. Giải pháp:

1 Giáo viên

- Nhit tỡnh tn tu giảng dạy Dạy kết hớp với giáo dục nhân cách học sinh Không ngừng học hỏi, tự bồi dỡng để nâng cao chun mơn Tích dự đồng nghiệp, họp rút kinh nghiệm, tham gia buổi hội thảo, lớp tập huấn chuyên môn

- Thực giảng dạy theo phơng pháp mới: Lấy học sinh làm trung tâm sử dụng phơng pháp giao tiếp - Tổ choc kiểm tra đánh giá thực chất theo quy định Bộ
