II PREPARATION
Teacher: pictures in the textbook, recorder, PP, extra board, textbook
Students: textbook, pens, blank paper, pencil
III. ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS:
-Ss feel it hard to follow the speaker So T may play recorder several times - Ss find the listening uneasy because of new words So T may prepare new words for Ss

Before you listen
-T asks Ss to look at the new words on page 147 in their textbook

-Ss check their answers with their partner -T checks the answers with the whole class If many Ss cannot complete the task after the first listening T should play the tape again and pause at each event for Ss to write it down
-T gives out the correct answer

Task – Answering the questions
-T divides class into groups
-T asks each group whether they can the task based on the previous times of listening
-If each group can, T asks them to give the answers and write them on the board
-T plays the tape one for each to check their answers
-If not, T asks Ss to listen to the recorder again and write down the answer
-If there are a lot of Ss having the same wrong answer, play that point of the recorder for Ss to check the answers again - Each group writes the answers in blank paper then exchange to other groups to check
-T asks Ss to look at the key and correct their answers
* Expected answers:
