HUYNH NGOC TIEN RESEARCH PROJECT ABSTRACT Stress is a universal element and everybody has to face with stress not only in every walk of life but also in their job Work stress is nowadays becoming a serious problem in the workplace Employees in general and bank officers in specific often get troubles, crises and conflicts in their current working environment that requires them to handle fast, flexibly and accurately This research is aimed at catching out factors affecting Job stress to employees who work in Agribank Data was collected with the help of questionnaire and correlation and regression were used to analyze the data Finding showed different factors that influenced on job stress of employees and also ways to reduce their job stress This paper was conducted to analyze the relationship between job overload and job stress; role overload and job stress; perceived injustice and job stress; work-family conflict and job stress The study was done on 296 employees working in Agribank branches around Da Lat city to assess the elements affecting the Job stress in the organization As a result, organizations can reduce the overall impact of work stress by developing and implementing preventive measures and interventions to help employees manage and cope with job stress Key words: job stress, work-family conflict, work tension, work control, job overload LUONG HUYNH NGOC TIEN RESEARCH PROJECT Internal control regime as well as the budget is not popular in our country because it requires business administration from scientific, while the majority of our businesses are still under the convenient administration Controlling the job well will promote and enhance the management level to executive directors, actively contributing to the enhancement of fulfilling the plan, proposed business objectives, enhancing capture information and offer modern working methods enhance labor productivity despite strong growth in quantity, the low quality and weak competitiveness The last but not least is the fourth hypothesis It’s about the relationship between job stress and job overload It was investigated that the Agribank employees become stressed if the job is too much for employees to afford It was also assessed that Agribank officers can ensure the job performance if there isn’t any assigned work in overload which may lead to stress These findings help Agribank managers understand how to arrange work properly with the power of employees, in accordance with the capacity of each individual within the company, the study also helps managers understand how stress affects if the excess traffic If there is any assigned work in overload, Agribank should have reasonable reward, salary, training policies III LIMITATION OF THE STUDY While carrying the survey and getting the results, there are some limitations in my project First of all is the time limitation Most of Agribank employees have to concentrate on their daily work, and they are really busy in the last year months Fulfillments the questionnaire seemed not to be their priority They have to seek their break or free time to fulfill the survey The survey doer had to spend a lot of time for explaining and persuading them joining in the survey LUONG HUYNH NGOC TIEN 48 RESEARCH PROJECT Second, it is about taken-in sample limitation That 350 people were involved in giving the feedback to the survey is around 8% of Agribank workforce This may take a little impact on the honesty of the output of the research Last but not least, this research was conducted within Agribank employees in Dalat Therefore, the findings of the research will only take the most value for Agribank through the country It will not be recommended as a good reference for other branches or the whole business For further research, it is recommended that a wide study on industry level on the same topic should be involved The results of the study then would rise for practical implementation This study provides some information in a specific way to help Agribank managers understand causes that job stress affect employees and a reduction in productivity that they contribute to the company IV CONCLUSIONS With the analysis above, Agribank may use the results to reduce the pressure for employees to improve efficiency in production The findings of this study can help organizations limit the impact on employee stress The identification of factors affecting job stress helps Agribank improve working conditions or streamline personnel, define the role of employees in each job, are more interested job sharing of staff and their families Besides Agribank also help better understanding the perception of injustice in their work, more rational allocation of appropriate personnel to work
