Thi Nggc Y - PHI OMT ABSTRACT The research of needing to use compost and applying compost to grow Dwarf marigold was carried out from January to May, in 2013 We interviewed thirty farmers' plant vegetable which are living in Hoa Binh village, Cho Moi district and Binh Thanh village, Chau Thanh district, An Giang province And we carried out to grow Dwarf marigold at the net house in the Experimental Area-An Giang University The experiment was randomly arranged including five treatments, each treatment was repeated in four times NT2, NT3 and NT4 treatments were steady fertilized compost in the basal fertilizing period, particularly in NTS treatment was only inorganic fertilizer NT1 treatment was control treatment (this is not fertilized both of compost and inorganic fertilizer) The volume of composting increasing from NT2 to NT4 treatment was 300 g, 400 g and 500 g respectively The Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium concentration between NT2 andNT5 treatment is similar The software of SPSS (version 11.5) was used to analyze of interview data and experimental data The interview results showed that all the interviewedfarmers agreed to use compost from the domestic waste treatment factories Because of the compost can be used to replace in part inorganic fertilizer in plating vegetable In the future, they will transmit benefit of composting from person to the other After 56 days planting, the results showed that the growth of Dwarf marigold in NT2, NT3 andNT4 treatments were better than in NT1 andNJ5 treatments In addition, the growth of Dwarf marigold in NT2 treatment was belter than in NTS treatment although the Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium concentration is similar The growth of Dwarf marigold in NTS treatment is similar in NT1 treatment With our purpose was to find the ratio of mixing copiposting to complex fertilizer which was the highest yield, the best quality offlower, and the lowest cost Thus in NT3 treatment (1,200 g experimental soil + 20 g oil cake + 400 g compost) achieved this purpose Besides, the resulted showed that the Dwarf marigold was grown in the net house should be very less attacked by insect and
