As you convert to IGRP, renumber the interfaces on each router (or pair of routers when necessary) to be in the 172.16.0.0 address space, using the subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. This mask will waste some address space. As you make each change, do show ip route, show ip protocols, ping and traceroute to check connectivity.
