Warm-up:(game) - T: show the picture to the students, ask Ss to observe it carefully

- Ss: look at the picture in two munites

- T: put them away

- Ss: work in two groups, try to write as many words as they can - T: control and find out the winner Then lead in the new lesson

Activity 1: Pre-speaking

* Memory game:

used paper,boxes, books,broken glasses,

old newspaper, plastic bags, bottles, drinking cans, clothes, vegetable matter, shoes, school bags, jars

- T: elicit some new words through explanation, translation - Ss: guess the meaning

- T: give the meaning, then have ss practice pronunciation

- Ss: read in chorus then read individually, finally copy down in their notebook
