ABSTRACT Overseas trade plays a vital role in the development of the world economy in general and in each country in particular Export and Import are two activities supporting each other because export activity brings capital for imports aiming to industrialize the country Hence, it creates a number of jobs which leads to help reduce the unemployment rate and improve the living standards Foreign trading allows countries to take part in the international division of labor, economic development, and enrichment of the country Currently, Viet Nam holds high export ranking especially in machinery including computers and equipment, clothing, accessories, foods, electronics, rice, fruits and especially cashew nuts Vietnamese cashew industry is grower and grower when exporting raw cashew nuts at first and now exporting with the majority of export cashew products From that point, Vietnam is the country ranked as the first for cashew export, the second for cashew processor and the third for the productivity and the yield of cashew in the world Two import markets of cashews from Vietnam are the USA and Europe More and more companies operating cashew nut field in Viet Nam are founded to meet increasing demands of customers and importers It is the development of Vietnamese cashew industry that attracts me to learn more about this field by choosing the process of cashew export as my topic for my final internship I firmly believe this topic will give me an amount of interesting and useful information for my study about the process of exporting cashew nuts from Viet first company’s name of Private Enterprise, focused on manufacturing – processing – supplying for local market only In 2006, the company was transformed into Company Limited with its headquarter in Ho Chi Minh City The company has experienced rapid growth after 12 years of operation In 2007, to upsurge product’s quantity and enhance quality control, the company built a pepper manufacturing plant in Binh Duong with complete setup containing the newest equipment and manufacture lines for manufacturing all types of pepper to satisfy the market’s stringent standard In 2010, the company set up a cashew processing plant in Binh Phuoc, the center of Vietnamese cashew with the elementary structure of plant for manufacturing raw cashew nuts into cashew kernel The company currently keeps upgrading
