penalises sites with keyword stuffing ( which I have never done) - penalises sites with automated link building ( which I never use) - penalises sites on which the backlinks are created too many too fast I explain in my book to create backlinks ONLY to the extend that it is humanly possible to - quality content is also very important ( which I apply if appropriate, not for a sales page) - penalises sites with black hat SEO ( which I have never used) - penalises sites with high bounce rates(when your visitors don't stay on the site for long) - A lot of people ask me how it works with setting up a company and how to set up an internet marketing company Basically setting up an internet marketing company is the same as setting up any other company: you will need to get a business name, register your business, pay taxes, etc… I suggest that you not worry about this at all at the beginning of your internet marketing venture Set up a website (or two or three,…), see if you are actually making money and if you do, start worrying about setting up a business, income taxes, VAT, etc… You might not enjoy being an internet marketer, therefore it would be silly to set up a registered business right from the start - Once you are successful and you are making money, you need to find out how to set up a business in your own country This is very easy, affordable and straightforward these days (well, it is in the UK) and all aspects of it can be done online - It is impossible for me to list all the legal requirements in all the countries that this book will be available in Therefore check your official government sites or give a local accountant a call A local accountant will probably answer some questions free of charge hoping that he will win your business once you are successful - Once you have found out how to set up your own business or how to run a business from home as a sole trader, start working towards even more success - In the UK (in May 2011), you not need to register for VAT unless your income exceeds £70.000 (or $113.000) You can voluntarily register if you wish to claim VAT back on your purchases - You must comply with all legal requirements regarding sales taxes and so on Just because you are selling online does not mean you not have to pay taxes on your income From Newbie to Millionaire 496 Part 16 Conclusion This “State of mind Poem” says it all If you think you will fail, you most probably will State of your mind State of Mind Poem Anonymous If you think you are beaten, you are;
