The new valuable knowledge has not much updated. These social concerning problems are not grasped promptly to transform into new ideas The assessement of studying and scientific research results of postgraduates in which to demonstrate how is the development of creative ideas The subjects are aware of the importance of assessing the quality of learning, researching of postgraduates: studying credits, writting and submiting the thesis ensurely; thesis assessing criteria under the regulations However, there are some limitations in learning and researching assessment of postgraduates: "Learning assessment is mainly relied on reminding the knowledge in the learning programs but little pay attention to the creative thinking development, researching methods and finding the new of postgraduates in the training process The environment, essential conditions for the development of creative ideas of postgraduates Nowadays, the training environment has been built, consolidated, improved that promote the strength of system; the activites of teaching, scientific researching, selflearning, self researching are in order and more specialized. There are many suggestions that this is clean, healthy environment for training and researching and meet the requirements of developing creative ideas. However, there are shortage of material facilitites, technical means, 19 curricula; the elements of mechanisms and policies for both teachers and learners have not been paid sufficient attention to; facilities and conditions for learning, working of the learners is poor * The results of survey and evaluation of the development of creative ideas of social sciences and military humanities postgraduates Awareness and responsibilities of postgraduates. Currently, the most of social sciences and military humanities postgraduates have a need of progress, growth, improvement in quality and professional capacity. They have the passion of exploring and discovering the new. They also make their own style of studying and researching independently and creatively. They actively overcome all difficulties in fulfilling studying tasks and requirements of postgraduates Besides, there are still certain limitations such as postgraduates are not really bold and active to find new approaches and interpretation of the perception of objects in new and unique way beyond conventional thinking boundaries The level of knowledge and expertise of postgraduates. They receive effectively theoretical knowledge system, and harness and cares enough about the role of mental activity and practices in order to master knowledge systems, techniques, skills They proactively master professional knowledge and potentially adapt to immediate and long term requirements of life According to the survey data, people say that postgraduates always receive and process information, solve the problem in academic research and have independent thoughts, comments. However, the knowledge level of postgraduates was unsystematic and there is not a link between subjects and in writting the thesis. Their ability of resolving between theory and practice is not really proficient.
