Everyone know that health is very important and necessary. If you healthy, you can do everything. But if you weak, you can’t do any things. So keeping a healthy life is very important. We need a balanced diet to stay healthy. As you know, many people like eating hot dog, sausage, hamburger or French fries. We call them junk food. Junk food is not good for our health because it makes us become fat and weak. So we should eat less junk food. We also need to eat more vegetables and fruit. It can help you to avoid obesity and be healthier. . The most important advice of many doctors and diet experts is Do more exercise. Why? Because doing exercise is the best way to keep fit and have a healthy life. If you can’t do exercise regularly, you can try to take up a new sport like running, cycling or swimming.
