International Marketing Associate - Vietnam / School Advisor at ESL school in Toronto We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic individual for the position of International Marketing Associate/ School Advisor to our Vietnamese student population General overview of duties: • Admissions tasks (registrations, payments) and administration of student files and student services • Counsel students and keep agents updated on their progress • Promote school programs through local agent visits and attendance at fairs locally and overseas • Build relationships and maintain existing relationships with agents • Maintain and increase student numbers and guide students to various programs at school • Ensure that all communications are responded to within 24 hours or by next business day to maintain efficient information flow Essential qualifications and valuable skills: • Undergraduate degree; combination of education and experience that reflects the ESL learning environment • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with ability for oral and written translation • Experience working with international students is an asset • Proficiency with computers (MS Office); familiarity with social media • Outstanding communication and conflict-resolution skills • Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills Work hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday ( 9am – 6pm) Starting date: immediately Please apply with cover letter and resume We look forward to hearing from you Contact person: Christine Email Address: study@sgiccanada.com Salary : $1500 + commission
