The Safety Knowledge in Operation 1.3.1 Before the start of any testing it should be confirmed that all power supplies to the system have been isolated or that they are in a known condition The Commissioning engineer is responsible for the safety of those personnel working of the system Check for the presence of harmful electrical or mechanical potential energy before starting work 1.3.2 Project lockout / Tag out (LOTO) procedures must be adhere to all test area 1.3.3 Fire is strictly prohibited on site, no smoking there must be a warning mark in hazardous area 1.3.4 Strictly comply with the safety and environmental protection regulations of local government 1.3.5 In order to ensure the reliable operation of every part of the system, strictly obey the corresponding procedures 1.3.6 Have a regular maintenance for the long-time standby equipment Page of 24 Rev B 1.3.7 Obey the relevant safety regulations of the power plant during commissioning all along Ensure the successful commissioning work 1.3.8 All personnel directly involved with the commissioning that will attend a kickoff safety meeting to review for the dangers Ensure that all personnel understand the process and of 24 Rev B 2.0 CONSTRUCTION & DIMENSION CHECK The transformer will be checked and measured according to approved drawings, and will be made sure complying with the general specification of contract 1) Construction, painting and welding condition will be inspected visually 2) Name Plate Data will be checked 3) The inspection results shall be satisfied with approved drawings 3.0 RATIO TEST 3.1 Purpose 1) To ensure proper connections and turns ratio of transformer 2) The turns ratios of the windings on the rated-voltage connections and on all taps will be determined for the transformer 3) The applied voltage to HV winding will be about 220V 3.2 Connection 3.2.1 HV to XV Page of 24 Rev B 3.2.2 HV to YV 3.2.3 XV to YV 3.3 Test sequence 1) Supply phase 220V ac on the high voltage winding 2) Select the multiply of ratio meter in accordance of design ratio 3) Adjust the dial of ratio meter until the galvanometer indicates '0' 4) Measure ratio for the each phase by using phase selector switch 3.4 Applied standard ANSI C57.12.90 3.5 Acceptance criteria : Ratio error should be within ± 0.5 % Page of 24 Rev B 4.0 PHASE RELATIONSHIP CHECK (VECTOR CHECK) 4.1 Purpose To ensure proper connection and phase relation the vector group shall be check between HV & XV, HV & YV, XV & YV windings 1) The phase relationship check shall be checked at rated voltage tap connection 2) Three phase 220V will be applied to HV winding and the voltage shall be measured between terminals 3) The test shall be made on rated tap position 4) Vector diagram will be drawn and confirmed 4.2 Connection sequence 1) Transformer must be grounded 2) Tie all terminals of each winding together 3) Insulation resistance is measured by means of megger tester at 1000V dc between windings and ground 4) Insulation resistance is measured ㏁ unit 5.4 Applied standard ANSI C57.12.90 5.5 Acceptance criteria Insulation resistance between : - HV Winding to earth : ≥ 1000 ㏁ - XV Winding to earth: ≥ 1000 ㏁ - YV Winding to earth : ≥ 1000 ㏁ - Between windings : ≥ 1000 ㏁ 6.0 AUXILIARY WIRING & FUNCTIONAL TEST 6.1 Auxiliary Equipment and wiring is to be checked (tap changer, relay, temperature indicators, fans, pumps, 6.2 Functional test and operation test for protective devices and accessories (Oil level gauge, Buchhloz relay, OLTC protective relay, Pressure relief device ,Oil/Winding temperature Collapse of the test voltage is minimum 30 kV after filtering, because oil is not stable under the influence of bubble 2) After filtering, you have to wait minimum hours At this time, No Collapse of
