Việc quy đổi đối với trình độ ngoại ngữ Trước đây, chứng chỉ ngoại ngữ được cấp theo Quyết định 177QĐTCBT ngày 30011993 của Bộ GDĐT quy định chương trình tiếng Anh thực hành ABC và và Quyết định 662008QĐBGDĐT ngày 02122008 quy định Chương trình giáo dục thường xuyên về tiếng Anh thực hành. Tuy nhiên, Trình độ ngoại ngữ của cán bộ, công chức và viên chức được quy định trong các Thông tư về mã số, tiêu chuẩn chức danh nghề nghiệp hiện hành là căn cứ vào Khung năng lực ngoại ngữ 6 bậc dùng cho Việt Nam (ban hành kèm theo Thông tư 012014TTBGDĐT ngày 24012014). Vì vậy, ngày 0382016, Bộ GDĐT đã ban hành Công văn 3755BGDĐTGDTX để hướng dẫn việc quy đổi như sau: Việc quy đổi sẽ thực hiện theo đề xuất của Bộ GĐĐT với Bộ Nội vụ tại Công văn 6089BGDĐTGDTX ngày 27102014:
