power cord ass'y from the bottom of the casing Assembly Ensure the connection of the power code terminal (L/N) as shown in the arrow direction of PCB-L's map 33 5.18 Side plate A (Right), Side plate B (Left) Note: The following instructions are for disassembling side plate B Side plate A is symmetrical to side plate B and the disassembly procedure is identical Remove the top plate Remove the screws A and J that secure the rubber feet Remove the rear screw K Screw K: Trusshead S-tite screw with toothed washer Slide the side plate A downwards Be sure not to deform the hook that secures the front plate when removing the side plate 34 Assembly Clearance adjustment a Ensure that the hooks (front & rear) of the side plate have been inserted into the positioning holes on the bottom plate b Reduce the gap between the front plate and the side plate when tightening the screws J, which secure the rubber feet c Tighten the screw A (bottom center) and the screw K (rear) in that order, after the rubber feet have been attached Checking the electric connection between the grand blade of power cord and the side/front plates with a tester The electric connection between those parts must be ensured (The toothed washers under the screws K should break through the paint on the base and come in contact with the base metal surface, thus forming an earth circuit.) 35 5.19 Front plate Remove
