thời gian từ 15/1/2011 đến 30/06/2011 Tôm xanh đối tượng kinh tế quan trọng ngành ni trồng thủy sản Tuy nhiên, khó khăn nuôi tôm xanh thương phẩm phân đàn nuôi chung tôm đực tôm Tôm đực thường lớn nhanh tôm quần đàn (Ranana Sagi, 1986) Do vậy, việc chuyển đổi giới tính tơm sản xuất giống tơm xanh tồn đực có ý nghĩa kinh tế, xã hội quan trọng, xem bước đột phá để giải vấn đề phân đàn, đồng thời nâng cao suất hiệu nuôi tôm Comment [U1]: Năm 2001, Viện Nghiên cứu Nuôi trồng Thủy sản II tiếp nhận công nghệ sản xuất tôm xanh toàn đực hướng dẫn chuyên gia Israel Năm 2004, Nguyễn Văn Hảo ctv sản xuất đàn tơm xanh tồn đực điều kiện Việt nam, xác định kích cỡ độ tuổi để vi phẫu hậu ấu trùng 30 ngày tuổi, kích cỡ 0,3 - 0,5 g Ở đề tài này, Vvi phẫu tôm xanh độ tuổi PL 25-30 , tTỷ lệ chuyển đổi thành giả trung bình hai lần vi phẫu 50,50 % Tôm giả nuôi hệ thống bể bạt, tỷỉ lỷ lệ sống trung bình 81,80 %, tỷ lệ thành thục 81,85 % Cho tôm giả giao vỹ vĩ với tơm đực bình thường, ấu trùng phát
