Why Building a Brand Is Important Having a “brand mindset” is just as important as selecting your product, and the two go hand in hand. Building a business around a brand of products, rather than just one big product, is the optimal method of building your physical products business. 2. The Brand Mindset The “brand mindset” has many benefits when it comes to product selection. Instead of banking on one “home run” product, you can achieve even better results with multiple products that score runs with singles and doubles. You need less promotion and advertising to get your product to page one. Because you are building a brand, it is easier to add more and more products as your business grows. By having multiple products, you spread the workload and the risk. If something unforeseen happens to one of your products, you still have the other ones making sales and profit. 4. Repeat Buyers It is much easier to make a sale from a repeat customer than it is from a new one, so make sure that your customers always come back by delivering a high-quality product and providing excellent customer service.
