however, given that that notification referred to legislation which has been repealed, it considers that there is no need to reply Costa Rica expresses its willingness to reply to questions submitted by Members on the legislation notified herein Similarly, pursuant to Article 16.5 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 and Article 25.12 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, we submit herewith a copy of Decree No 30637MEIC establishing the Office of Unfair Business Practices and Safeguard Measures, under the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and Trade, as the competent authority for all administrative procedures involving the application of anti-dumping measures and countervailing duties This Decree amends Decree No 24772-MEIC-MAG (duly notified in document G/ADP/N/1/CRI/1/Suppl.1 - G/SCM/N/1/CRI/Suppl.1) as regards the designation of the competent authority CENTRAL AMERICAN REGULATIONS ON UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES NO 24868-MEIC THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF THE ECONOMY, INDUSTRY AND TRADE, In application of the powers conferred by subparagraphs (3) and (18) of Article 140 of the Constitution, subparagraph 2(b) of Article 28 of the General Law on Public Administration, Article 18 of the Protocol of Tegucigalpa to the Charter of the Organization of Central American States (OCAS), Articles 24 and 25 of the Convention on the Central American Tariff and Customs Regime (Law No 6986 of May 1995) and Articles XI and XII of the General Treaty on Central American Economic Integration (Law No 3150); Whereas: The Central American Economic Council, through Resolution No 9-94 (CEC), agreed to give priority to the preparation of instruments to regulate intra-Central American trade relations with a view to establishing a set of clear and transparent rules; Không chỉ vậy, thiên nhiên còn ban tặng cho vùng đất này nhiều thắng cảnh đẹp tựa như tranh vẽ, trong đó phải kể đến công viên núi lửa Poas kỳ vĩ. Công viên núi lửa Poas (thuộc tỉnh Alajuela) cách thủ đô San Jose khoảng 47 dặm và chỉ mất khoảng 1 giờ để di chuyển đến đây bằng xe hơi. Khu vực này có tổng diện tích 65 km2 với địa hình chủ yếu là đồi núi cao, dốc, mang lại nhiều góc nhìn đẹp cho du khách chiêm ngưỡng và chụp ảnh. Vào những ngày cuối tuần, công viên núi lửa Poas thu hút rất đông du khách đến tham quan vì ở đây bạn có thể ngắm được những làn khói nước nóng trắng lan tỏa khắp hồ chứa lưu h uỳnh ở ngay trung tâm miệng núi lửa Poas. Bên cạnh đó, du khách sẽ được dịp tìm hiểu thêm về môi trường sống đầy thú vị của loài sóc Poas có lông màu vàng xanh độc nhất vô nhị trên thế giới cùng 79 loài chim với nhiều sắc màu rực rỡ. Du khách có thể hòa mình vào thiên nhiên hoang dã bằng những cuộc phiêu lưu thám hiểm các khu rừng rậm rạp nằm gần công viên núi lửa Poas.
