Close pair (picture/ realia) A: What is it? B: It’s a doll. 2. Guessing game (picture/ realia) A: Is it a doll? B: Yes, it is / No, it isn’t - T. models - T - Ss - T. guides - 2 groups Presentation  Introduce the vocabulary - little (picture) - a little doll (explain)  Check vocabulary: link the letters - L I T T L E  Introduce the dialogue (puppets/ pictures) Jenny: It’s little. What is it? Scott: Is it a doll? Jenny: No, it isn’t Scott: Is it a yo-yo? Jenny: Yes, it is It’s a little yo-yo. - T. models. - Class -> groups -> individual. - T. guides. - 2/3 groups. Open your books  Set the scene.  Open their book to P.42. - Listen and check. - Listen and repeat.  Practice: the dialogue - Ss listen the tape and check. - Class -> group -> individual. - Pair work Extension - Guessing game: the same dialogue A: It’s little.
