twist here Bulletproof Sniper Sites are websites or blogs that are basically an expanded version of your typical Sniper site So instead of targeting just one keyword and one micro niche, we’re going to be developing our sites into a blog or website which targets multiple keywords within a more diverse niche A Bulletproof Sniper Site contains a variety of features that I’ll get to shortly, but the key feature here is content and page depth A smaller Bulletproof Sniper Site can range from 10 pages to 30 pages and a larger Bulletproof Sniper Site is even larger than that Let’s compare the two: A few years ago, and still with many Sniper sites today if you get a lucky one, you could find a niche, set up your site and optimize a couple of posts for that one keyword You’d rank pretty easily and make a tidy amount of money from this one site alone That IS the original Sniper system And it rocks But over the last year or so the Google algorithm has advanced and its enrolled support from a couple of wild animals such as a Penguin and a Panda This means us as online marketers and site owners need to look increasingly more often with the sites we build towards turning our Sniper sites into an authority that is everlasting compared to a site that makes a quick buck So say you have a Sniper site called curedepression.com, you’re obviously going to target a root keyword on how to cure depression With a Sniper site we would create to articles all built around our one, high volume keyword It wouldn’t take us a lot of time to set up and it would rank extremely well if done correctly Now this still works, but it’s all dependent on the niche you’re targeting You’ve got to find a goldmine (there’s plenty out there) to rank easily like this for a high volume keyword But our starting to take into account user behavior as a huge ranking factor Therefore instead of trying to manipulate Google, we need to focus on giving value to our user We would build the site around a diverse niche, allowing us to target hundreds of keywords So instead of targeting just the one keyword with every article we add, we’ll be targeting a huge list of lower volume, lower competition keywords So lets use the same example Our sniper site curedepression.com has a couple of articles targeting the term “cure depression” We then can consistently update our site with other related articles all targeting different keywords… So we could have an article on “ways to cure postnatal depression”, “curing depression with natural remedies”, or “how to increase self esteem” These articles are very easy to write, and will all be optimized to target different keywords, giving us the possibility to increase traffic through other searches The list really is limitless and because we’re going to be building a range of articles all targeting related keywords to our main root keyword, Google is going to love it But if you really want to see some BIG results, we need to more than that too Because things have changed, and Google’s algorithm is smarter… It now uses User Metrics such as the bounce rate (how many people leave shortly after hitting your website), returned visitors, plus traffic volume to rank your site It also takes into consideration Social shares, Social profiles, the range and diversity of anchor text linking to your site plus so much more But I’m not going to bore you with the recent complicated ‘seo terms’ and changes Follow this guide, and you don’t even need to pay attention to them I’m going to cover some strategies that you can implement to bulletproof your sniper sites and it will allow them to shine as grade A+ when Google crawls your site… And as I said, we’re not just going to talk about adding more articles to your site (although it So if your current Sniper site is targeting the main keyword of “losing weight fast”, this section will help you uncover some other topics and keywords to target, while still being related to your general topic of losing weight Secondly – Many of you, after reading this bulletproof guide, may opt to simply start again and build a completely new Sniper site bearing in mind all the huge improvements from the start, which, is in fact a very good idea But this simply doesn’t mean that your first site’s ‘gone’ though, because you can work on it at a later date (and it could start getting traffic and it could start making money any day.) Just take a look on Facebook quickly, and search for some obscure niches I did a search for Dog Trick Training and found this page with over 15,000 likes and a lot of activity - https://www.facebook.com/TrickTraining How about this one, the niche of betting and a sub niche of Football (soccer) Accumulator bets - https://www.facebook.com/FootballAccumulators - Close to 200,000 likes and huge activity Your niche could be something a lot of people are looking for right now… Personal Branding We all know the importance of personal branding right? If we just relate back to the introduction to this guide, you’ll spot me talking about celebrities as authorities Think about Richard Branston for a second, he owns one of the biggest companies in the world (Virgin) but he’s also a brand in himself Company brands die out quickly, but personal brands live on for future projects and relationships Look at Michael Jackson, he passed away back in 2009 but his personal brand is probably stronger than ever right now… Not only we have more long-term prospect if we look to build a personal brand, our audience also reacts a lot better to it When our target audience can relate to someone, they respond better to what’s being promoted The world we live in now is in a state of information overload, and where ever we go or whatever we we’re bombarded with company advertisement Sub consciously we just seem to ignore them now, but when someone recommends something to us personally or we can relate to someone we react a lot better to it ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 47 Therefore you want to think about positioning yourself as a brand personally, and as an expert within that niche If you’re promoting Dog Training Tricks through your Sniper site, how can you create a perception of yourself as an expert within that field and how can you make them listen to you and most importantly trust the information you give? When it comes to a Social presence too, people again respond a lot better to personal branding If you want to transform your Sniper sites into Bulletproof Sniper sites it really is key to implement some sort of personal branding Here’s a few key things you want to consider: 1) Your Profile Picture – Use your common sense here, and use a profile picture that can be perceived as friendly and relevant to your niche If you’re Sniper site is on quitting drinking and your profile picture is an image of you drinking with friends… BIG MISTAKE Again, there’s a lot of information in regards to the perfect profile picture in the Google Sniper manual on page 48 Phones make it easy for us to take a quick image, and even apply quick filters to make it look more professional 2) You’re About Section – With Bulletproof Sniper sites, you want to look like a brand and a company So you’re about section might be focused solely on your site and what it has to offer But if you want to implement some form of personal branding, include a section just about you… the driving force behind the site Keep it friendly, personal and think about your target audience and how they can relate back to you 3) An Author Profile – These are really easy to set up There’s a few plugins out there but my favourite is WP About Author and the User Photo plugin You can add personal social media links; a short bio and profile picture and that will automatically be added to the end of every ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 48 article Also Google Authorship is something to use, if you have a Google + profile you should be looking to set this up It adds your personal picture to Google rankings and gives it a personal feel and improves click through rate 4) Your Story – There’s a lot of brands and websites out there that are all the same, but when it comes to personal branding, everyone has a different story Tell your story, and use that as your brand People are intrigued to hear about other peoples stories, and will again improve how people react to you and your sniper site 5) Relationships – It’s not what you know… it’s whom you know Ever heard of that? Well it’s true in a sense, so look to build relationships with other personal brands and people who share the same interests You’ll be surprised how generous some people are Linkedin and Twitter are great for this ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 49 #5 – Further Traffic Generation Traffic = Money right? And that’s why the Google Sniper method is so unique, because we’re tapping into buying keywords and manipulating Google in a way that we can rank and receive traffic pretty easily But when it comes to turning our Sniper sites into Bulletproof Sniper sites, we might want to look at further traffic generation to of course maximize profits At Google Sniper, we’re always looking to keep things fresh and our Sniper X members area is regularly updated with traffic generation strategies Webinars every fortnight also touch of new strategies to increase traffic, and the Traffic Ultimatum upsell is the holy grail of traffic… So you shouldn’t have any issues when it comes to visitors But I wanted to add my two cents These strategies I’m about to share have increased traffic dramatically on my Sniper sites, and not only tend to help rankings they get natural traffic from other sources Siphoning I love this strategy In fact, it’s a favourite traffic generation strategy and can be used with a variety of sources The way I like to explain it is simple If you think of the old traditional way of marketing a product, brands would look to get celebrities to endorse their products via TV or other traditional media This would then lead to a spike in demand and it would basically lead to a big change happening over night With the online world, we can use this traditional approach and use it with online authorities Think about it, there are so many people on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Forums etc who have made a name for themselves They have demand already and are seen as an authority within their niche Think about bloggers, these tend to be regular guys and girls who simply blog from their home… and a lot of them are receiving thousands if not millions of hits per day When these authorities recommend something to their audience, their audience tends to listen It’s like an Internet Marketer with good credibility A lot of other Internet Marketers are looking to JV with them as they’ll siphon off a great deal of visitors and the authority they have over their audience will lead to a lot of them converting Fashion brands work closely with fashion bloggers, as they know people listen to these bloggers and it gives them credibility But where we start? ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 50 Well first you want to identify the authorities within your niche already You don’t have to drill down, so say your Sniper site is built on Asian Womens Beauty Tips, we could look broader and try to find authorities within the Beauty market, or the fashion market Catch my drift? Identifying them is simply all about research The best place to start is YouTube, so a simple search for a few keywords related to your Sniper site and hit search You then want to filter your search but hitting Filters and then select Channels under Result Type This will give you a list of channels relative to your keyword You then want to simply look through them and focus on how many subscribers each channel has Make a note of the ones with 5,000+ subscribers You also want to see how many videos they’ve uploaded, and how often Also the activity each video gets Make a note of all of the channels you find, and these are some of the YouTube authorities we can look to siphon off Below is a good example, someone who started a channel based around women’s beauty and now has turned it into a massive authority million subscribers? Imagine the potential! It doesn’t end there; take a look on Facebook for Facebook pages relative to your niche Believe it or not, the majority of these again tend to be managed by regular guys and girls Look for pages with over 5,000 likes and regular activity Focus on the amount of likes each status update gets, how many shares it gets and comments I’ve seen pages with 100,000 likes and no real response and I’ve seen pages with 5,000 likes with great response ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 51 You can then Google a few of your keywords and filter your search by Blogs Go through these and make a note of the ones with good page rank (3+), regular posts, personal branding (so someone behind the blog) and highly relative to your Sniper site Also take a look to see if they have an RSS feed and how many have subscribed along with how many people are commenting on each article Maybe try to find an advertising page too, and see if you can get some traffic stats of the blog The process is basically the same for each source You can find people on Forums, Vimeo, Instagram, LinkedIn, Social Networks that specialize in just your niche, People with email lists within your niche plus so much more… The opportunity is endless ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 52 Once you’ve generated a list of potential authorities to target, we need to get in touch with them Think about what you’re going to offer them in return What incentive are you going to use, to get them to promote your Sniper site? Now this does depend on what you’re promoting but what I find best is to simply offer them something of value These guys are going to have the same interest as you, lets say you run a Magic Tricks sniper site and the person you’re looking to siphon traffic from runs a Magic Tricks Facebook page… You both share the same interests and can normally work out an agreement It could be a joint venture, where you promote them and they promote you You could ask to an interview with them, publish it positioning them as an expert and then ask them to promote your site on their Facebook page You could send them whatever you’re promoting for free, or work out an arrangement that they get a percentage of the amount of sales they generate The opportunities are endless, but just focus on making it seem like there getting a better deal than you are… Once you have your angle all in place, you want to get in touch with them Email and Facebook Message are the best ways to get in touch as you’ll get a much higher response rate Your first email should be used to just simply get a response That’s it No pitching in the first email Keep it friendly, personal and short Intice them to reply by saying “I’ve got something I think you’ll be interested in” or “Speak Soon” There’s a technique I always relate back too which is called the “Long Lost Best Friend Technique” – This is how we want to angle our first email… almost like you’ve known your target for ages and you’re just getting back in touch Once you’ve received a response, you can then pitch your offer in the next email Give them the option in what they might receive, and make it seem like if they take you up on the sponsorship they’ll gain more than you will This really is key It’s then a simple process of just following these guys up until they’ve promoted you Track the results, how many traffic was received? How many people bought? The ones that saw huge gain, look to build a better relationship with these and you can use them again in the near future It really is a strategy which is perfect for short term results and gives your site credibility Imagine if the David Beckham of Dog Training promoted your Sniper site? ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 53 It’s as simple as identifying these authorities, working out an angle of “what’s in it for them” and then getting in touch and getting them to say “yes” to your proposal You simply rinse and repeat Relationships are key, and once you’ve built a business relationship with most of the key authorities within your niche you’ll be seen as an authority yourself Directories I hate directories, and I never use them But they’ve become so common now that each niche seems to have it’s own directory Do a simple Google search for “your niche directory” and see what crops up So for example if your Sniper site is on dog training look for “Dog Training Directory” You’ll find that there are a lot of directories about in your niche that you can simply get your Sniper site added too Not only does this give us a pretty respectable backlink from a related site, we can also siphon some of the traffic from the directory itself You’ll be surprised, the broader you make your search the more directories you’ll find related to your niche ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 54 Ads That dreaded word a lot of people hate, Paid Ads The thing is with Paid Ads when we them wrong we lose out, but when we it right we can receive a high return on investment This strategy is very similar to the first, as we’re looking at using paid advertisements to siphon off traffic to our sniper site But where we start? I like to start by looking for blogs or websites related to your Sniper site You then want to get in touch with these guys and ask for a media pack or just simply look for some proof into how much traffic they’re getting If the traffic is targeted and high volume, look to negotiate an advert on their site A lot of websites have ad spaces that we could use, or ask to get a sponsored post up If the traffic these guys are receiving is high volume, and highly related to what you’re promoting, it’s very likely you’ll be able to siphon a lot of targeted traffic to your Sniper site and your offer We can then look to Facebook Ads, which in my eyes is a better solution to Adwords We can cap a daily budget, and really drill down the people our ad gets shown too If we’re looking to promote our Sniper site on Learning Magic Tricks via Facebook ads, we can target people who have liked related magic pages, or have an interest in magic You can even filter it by demographic too, would it only appeal to men? Who are certain ages? In certain areas? The more targeted your Facebook ad is the better it’s going to convert I could write a whole new system on Facebook ads, but just making sure you have daily budget limit which suits you and making sure your ad is extremely targeted is the two key things to think about Again the traffic on Facebook is ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 55 HUGE, and all we’re doing is siphoning traffic from Facebook to our Sniper site You can try out other sources that offer advertisements, just research into what traffic you’re likely to receive The more traffic sources your Sniper site has the better, so try to implement as many strategies as possible Remember traffic is key, so traffic generation should always be your main focus Following every other step shared I’ve covered will help you receive natural traffic also Bulletproof Sniper sites offer value, and that leads to return visits and a natural increase in traffic ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 56 #6 – Monetization Traffic = Money, but it’s high volume traffic = nothing when you haven’t got your Sniper site optimized for monetization But sometimes you might be getting traffic, you might have your site monetized, but you might not be making money Therefore a new method of monetization could have a really big impact Sometimes for example, a certain niche or type of person wont be responding to buying e-books off Clickbank, but WILL click on your Adsense ads, or buy physical products, therefore earning you a fair chunk of cash Giving them the option for each is where you’ll start to profit The Google Sniper system is built around affiliate marketing, and this tends to offer higher profit potential But there are other options when it comes to making money from your sniper site Again, like traffic generation don’t opt for just one route Look to implement a few things to really get the most out of your Sniper site, because lets face it, when it starts to be seen as an authority within our target niche we’re going to be getting a lot of traffic we can turn in to pay cheques Start slow though, implement just one or two of the options below and then start to introduce more methods So here are some things to think about • The Way You Sell It – This is hugely important, and something covered in more depth within the Google Sniper manual (from pages 47 – 42) Sometimes people have a lot of traffic, a lot of ways to make money from their Sniper site set up but nothings converting This is simply down to the fact of the way they’re selling it Keep things personal, and make it clear that your audience need whatever you’re selling (highlight solutions over benefits) If you’re monetizing your website through other methods such as Adsense, make sure you draw attention towards these ads Randomly placing them around your site isn’t going to get them a lot of attention • Adsense – I’ve already mentioned it but setting up an account with Adsense and adding ads to your Sniper site is another way we can monetize it If you’re getting high volumes of traffic, you could easily make up to $100 a day through Adsense Focus on drawing attention towards these ads, but don’t make them the main focus of your site The main focus should always be content, and the value you offer Adverts nearest to the top of the website work well, alongside ads embedded into articles Think about it, if you publish an article highlighting a well spoken about topic within your niche, this post is likely to receive a lot of traffic When you have an Adsense ad placed within the content, you’re going to convert some of that traffic into clicks The more clicks you get… the more profit you make ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 57 • Email Lists – Email marketing is still one of the best ways to make money online Does your Sniper site have an opt in form? If it doesn’t you could be missing out Set an account up with an autoresponder, and add a sign up form to your sidebar Give them an incentive to subscribe, it could be a free eBook, a video, a weekly newsletter or something similar Once you’ve captured emails of your target audience, you can forever market to these with affiliate offers related to your niche ©2014 Google Sniper P a g e | 58 • Create Your Own Product – You know them products you look to promote through affiliate marketing? Well why don’t you create your own If your site is receiving high volumes of traffic, you could easily share the knowledge you have within the niche and put together a system It could be an eBook, it could be video training and it could even be a membership area Sell this for something between $27-$97 dependent on the value of the product and market it throughout your Sniper site No need to worry about a percentage of commission any more, you’ll be receiving 100% profit on these information products • CPA & Other Affiliate Schemes – Don’t just limit yourself to Clickbank, there’s thousands of affiliate schemes out there Look for affiliate schemes related to your niche, and look for brands or physical products within your niche and find out if they have an affiliate scheme in place Amazon and eBay are also other great places to start You can also monetize your site through CPA or “content locking” Give your visitors something of value, but set up a CPA offer so they can only see it once they’ve filled out a short survey Your visitors gets to see the exclusive content, and you get paid for them filling out the survey Win win • Advertising – Remember I mentioned earlier about getting some sponsor boxes in place, well once your site starts getting regular traffic, brands and companies within your niche are going to want to advertise You can simply put together an advertising page with an email, and some insights into the traffic you receive Put together some prices for the ad spaces you have, and open up advertising positions per month You can always use Ad Brokers to skip the middleman These simply mean that you’ll add a small ad that will say something along the lines of “Click Here To Advertise” – They’ll be taken to the Ad Broker’s site and they can pay direct Once they’ve paid, the advert will go live automatically without you managing or touching a thing Are you ready to start maximising profits?
