Casting Resins & DME Chemical Products Info Features Split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) and core bar (BK 4016) can be used over the total length of the mold Split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) and core bare (BK 4016) are available in DME (1.2312), DME (1.2344), DME (1.2767), DME (1.2311), DME (Impax® S), DME 11 (Stavax® ESR) Other steel qualities upon request Machining and/or heat treatment of the split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) will not distort the guiding system as they are screwed and doweled separately to the guide blocks (BK 4014/BKS 4014) The location of the locking system does not interfere with the parts to be ejected The holes for the angle pins are drilled through the guide blocks (BK 4014/BKS4014) and not through the split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) This gives maximum space for machining and cooling of cavities Larger bottom plate (BK 4017/BKS 4017) allows larger opening of the split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) Top bolster plate (BK 4011/BKS 4011) in one piece - in steel DME (1.2312) or DME 10 (Ramax® S) - allow greater closing pressure of the split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) The pocket for the core bar (BK 4016) is precisely central and made to a H8 tolerance Mold can be adapted in assembled condition 10 Other dimensions and split heights upon request 11 A new sliding core mold concept completely in stainless steel is available as from now The steel quality for the split cavity blocks (BK 4013 A & B) and core bare (BK 4016) is optional -
