3D Model Club October 2009 Reselling our products Hello from all at 3D Model Club, If you are reading this, you are probably interested to include all our products as part of your portfolio to offer your clients That is fine with us and would like to thank you in advance for wanting to be one of our partners We will try to help you as much as possible and welcome any constructive feedback to help you successfully sell our models as finished products to your clients We have created our product catalog as a Word Document which is unbranded and has no prices, so you could easily customize and offer under your own letterhead We also offer the same document as a PDF document We have also made available an Excel Spreadsheet with our SKU#, our unique digit codes for all our models, description and price in US$ for easy reference In addition our catalog is available as HTML pages with hyperlinks between different categories to give you a head start should you wish to incorporate them in your own website with minimum effort Finally we make available a full catalog with our regular size photos in JPG format in their categories folders, to allow you move things around as you wish There are no formalities or contracts to sign to become our representative and offer our models to your clients as part of your services, but you are obliged by the following terms and conditions Copyright notice You cannot sell, rent, and give away digital models created by us for your use 3D Model Club owns the intellectual property rights for any work commissioned to us Digitized models cannot distributed to third parties in any media, including, CDs, DVDs uploaded to websites, FTP sites, transmitted in any electronic way without explicit permission from 3D Model Club This restriction applies to individuals, corporate organisations, government organisations, non-profit organisations, schools, hospitals, prisons etc You are allowed however to use our models into any finished products you may create for your clients or your own collection unlimited times Should you decide to use our models as part of your collection, please let us know, so we are aware of the fact and will prioritise any orders you put with us and try our best to serve you better Best Regards Greg Spinos
