are many factors that impact on this behavior, but in this study, I suppose that Career Satisfaction, Work – Related Expectancies, Supervisory Support and Perceived Organizational Support are affected the Taking Charge of employees at PNJ Company The theoretical framework of this study is tested by the data which collected from 274 employees at PNJ’s Headquarter The finding of this research will provide very important information for PNJ’s management in order to help them to improve the policy, strategy, working environment…that is aimed to gain more skillful and talent employees Key words:
