I.FORM: 1)Affirmative: S + have/has + V (ed/3)… 2)Negative: S+ have/has +not + V (ed/3)… 3)Question: Have/has +S+ V (ed/3)…?  Unspecified Time Before Now EX: I have visited London People have traveled to the Moon  Do not use Present perfect tense with definite past time words: yesterday, last… ago, etc… Ex: My aunt called me yesterday. (Not: My aunt has called me yesterday).  -Actions which started in the past and continues up to the present.  -action that has taken place once, never or several times and this action can be repeated in the future. Ex: They have seen the play romeo and juliet at least three times. Ex: He has lived in Canada for five years. (He started living in Canada five years ago, and he's still living there now.) for + period of time (for 5 year) since + point of time( since january )  Express an action that started in the past but the result related to the present. (This sentence means that you have not had the experience of going to France.) 'since', 'for', 'all week', 'for days', 'lately', 'recently', 'over the last few months' THE PRESENT PERFECT • desired result Ex: I have washed the car (Result: The car is clean now.) • since the last time Ex:I haven't played that game for years (Meaning: It's years ago that I last played that game.)
